Providing and fixing 15HP Starter Star-Delta starter confirming to IS 13947,IEC60947-1 and as amended thereafter with suitable KW rating for operation in AC / Three Phase / 50HZ (+/- 5%) and 415V (+/-10%) including 3 pole magnetic contactor with under voltage release - 3nos., CT operated Ammeter (65 mm dia) with suppressed scale, Voltameter (65mm dia),Voltameter selector switch, Miniature circuit breaker, Thermal Overload relay,Air Break contactors suitable for next Standard higher KW rating, Single phasing preventor, dry running preventor and On / Off Push button Switches, wiring with 1 sq.mm/4sq.mm copper pvc insulated cable,powder coated vermin proof box, including the capacitor (the cost of capacitor is to be taken separately). Dismantling, rewinding & recondition of bearings of 15HP Submersible pump SS body in bottom of sump including cost of all materials labour, transport charges, etc, complete.

Colour washing with two coats of Interior Emulsion paint over interior wall surface including the cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour,T&P etc, complete.

Colour washing two coats with Exterior Emulsion for out side wall including cost of all materials labour, lead, lift T & P etc, complete and as per directed by the Engineer at site.

Painting two coats with ready mixed enamel paint over the Window grill work of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.

Cleaning of sump including dewatering, cleaning walls and floor using wire brush, removing the silt rate including cost of hire charges of pump, bleaching powder, T & P, etc., complete.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper cable of 1100V in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling for lights and buzzers with PVC accessories in flush with wall with Metal box and 5A flush type switch with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light point (buzzer switch should be at the main entrance of each flat) with 5amps F.t. switch, ceiling rose, cable, pipe, etc complete.

Wiring with 2X1.5sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150X100X13mm with Metal box with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with continuous earth wire connection by 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point including cost of all materials such as cables, pipe etc complete.

Wiring with 2X4sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories in flush with wall with 150X100X113mm Metal box with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover for 15 A 3 pin non interlocking flush type CS plug with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point including cost of all materials such as cables, pipes, etc. complete.

Supplying & fixing of Box type single box type 4’ 40W with Ballast (Philips/Crompton/ Wipro/Equivalent with ISI Make) fluorescent lamps fittings complete with copper choke and condenser with TW round blocks on walls and ceiling with PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminal to the fitting including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc. complete.
