Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm ( depth exceeding 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm) including stacking usable materials for re-use and removing rubbish to a distance n. exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 7.5 mm thick ( Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) of granite, trap, or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick ( Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) of granite, trap, or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of unsurfaced water boumd macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminious primer at 10 Kg per 10 Sqm unsing VG-10

M&L for premixed bituminious macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted with roller of 8 to 12 ton to required gradient and cabmer ( consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm) to make good the cut edges of roads etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc including cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparaing existing black top surafce by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surafces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg/X Sqm complete all as apecified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for Bituminous premixed asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 6% binder content using paving bitumen VG 30 by weight of total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Preparation of new / old road surfaces and marking 2.5 mm thick centre, stop lines, dashes, arrow etc. and the like n.exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road making paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 120mm x 110mm x 24mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 330.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
