Material and labour for servicing of over head travelling crane complete including checking / tightening of all nut , bolt & breaks any type any size complete system, adjusting etc of all breaks motions and VFD adjustment setting as per load testing run of flame proof / non flame proof/ normal type EOT / HOT cranes with having single or double girder type and providing greasing & oiling of traveling / moving parts of crane with connecting motor girder parts for movement of crane hoist / long / cross traveling and including maintaining the controlling of speed / creeping micro speed of motors with minor maint / repair electrically operated main control panel wire with connecting control wiring system consisting of main switch, step down transformer, contactor, HRC fuse, VFD, PLR, control pendent ,wire rope with break drum unit, gear box unit , oil levels, motor bed / foot ,electrical control cable, motor terminal, end cable carriage trolly , motor shaft, bush flange bearing with lathe work ,chain pulley block, ratchet clutch, gear block, chain wheel, chain etc and including locating the defect or fault and rectification of the fault and rectification of oil leakage etc any type any size and replacement of defected nut, bolt & washer and making it soundless/sound proof and after trails testing run of crane for smooth functioning / operation satisfactorily for the following mentioned capacity cranes complete all as speified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Periodic inspection/servicing, to be carried out in every three months and making/keeping the cranes serviceable, for EOT/HOT cranes of rating load 2 Ton to 5 Ton capacity installed in various location/buildings, including the properly checks as mentioned as following:-

(i) LONG TRAVEL MOTION AND CROSS TRAVEL MOTION (a) Checking Gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any.(Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) (b) Brake adjustment (c) Checking of long travel & cross travel wheel for any noise/malfunctioning. (d) Checking grease of geared couplings, complete nut, bolt work for tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (e) Checking of oil in Hydraulic thruster brake, rectification of leakages if any and filling with required quantity of oil.(Note: Brake Oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) (f) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value etc (g) Checking the cut-off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (j) Checking and greasing of shaft pedestal. (ii) HOIST MOTION (a) Checking gear box oil level and filling with required oil and rectification of leakages if any.(Note: Gear Oil shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) (b) Brake adjustment (c) Checking of main bearings of the rope drum including greasing the same (d) Checking grease of geared couplings and nut tightening. Dismantling of existing reduction gear box with device for hoist/CT/LT motion traverse for EOT cranes of load 2 Ton to 5 Ton capacity and carrying out replacement of following unserviceable Parts / Carrying out misc repair and re-fixing the gear box after checking alignment of brake drum & motor and motor & gearbox , in existing position, complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge (a) Replacing the worn out shaft seals & bearing (b) Replacement of internal cover gasket (c) Replacement of Gear coupling with nuts & bolts complete.

Labour only for locating the fault in EOT cranes, any capacity, make and type including rectification of minor defects such as tightening of nut & bolts, checking and rectifying loose connection of control panels, accessories and current collectors, replacing of fuse wire etc to keep the cranes functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge Note:- (i) Supply only spare parts excluding minor parts will be measured and paid for under relevant items. ( ii) Contractor shall attend day to day basis complaint of crane regularly as and when called within two to six hours effected time & maintenance shall be carried out accordingly for smooth functioning of crane and cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Material and labour for radiography testing of crane hook of capacity 2 ton to 5 ton by authorized agency at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge Note:- Testing certificate from testing authority BARC shall be submitted by contractor.
