Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates and Window but excluding framed truss etc.complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

M&L for old size sub Class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) having compressive strenght not less than 75 kg/Sq cm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair all as specified.

M&L Applying two coats of Oil bound distember to newly plastered/previously untreated wall over a coat of 1 mm layer wall care putty over a coat of primer including preparation of newly platsered wall all as specefied and directed.

M & L Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing (Grade A )Compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing, cement concrete1:2:4 type B1(20mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m Clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M & L Mild steel barsTMT Bar 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending,mspirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
