Spray painting on outside body of the ceiling fan incl blades any size with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) including scrapping existing paint and incl writing MES Number with black paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Spray painting on outside body of the exhaust fan incl blades any size with synthetic enamel paint (smoke gray colour) including scrapping wxisting paint and incl writing MES Number with black paint all as directed.

Taking down desert cooler fixed at any position cleaning internally and externally by scraping all scales dirt etc and repair to desert cooler to stop any type of leakage, tightening & replacing of screws, nuts and bolts etc all as directed including painting of desert cooler with spray machine with synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer and refixing of the desert cooler after necessary oiling and greasing of fan and water lifting pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of water lifting pump, 230 volt 50 C/S single phase suitable for desert coolers complete all specified and directed. (Make : GEC/ Cool Home/ Bajaj/ Polar/ Khaitan)

Supplying and replacement wood wool pads of suitable size and providing wire netting of GI wire 1.4 mm dia 25 mm mesh for holding pads complete all specified and directed.

Supplying and replacement high density polythene pipe 15 mm dia for desert coolers complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old, unserviceable fan motor from the desert cooler and rewinding with supper enamel winding copper wire of suitable size varnishing etc including replacement of bushes, bearings, washers etc. and assembling testing and refixing in existing position all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement complete steel body of desert cooler of capacity 3000 cft with front grill and side & back panels duly spray painted with synthetic enamel hammer tone paint over one coat of red oxide primer including dismantling and refixing the old parts i.e fan motor, pump etc in new body, replacing the defective wires, PVC pipes and water distributor, making connections and testing complete all as directed. The body of desert cooler will be fabricated as under :- (a) The top and bottom made out of 1.25 mm thick GI sheet. (b) Side panels (set of three) made out of 1.00 mm thick GI sheet. (c) Front grill of suitable size and of approved quality.

Supply & replacement Air direction grill only made of iron suitable size of desert cooler all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement Single Phase, Neutral & earth wiring copper cable of size .5/1.0 sqmm of deset cooler from fan motor to regulator, pump to control switches all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of regulator knob type switch, 3 step control of speed of Desert cooler motor 230 volts, 50 Hz all as specified and directed.

Supply & replacement of exhaust fan motor holding clamps made out of iron of suitable size all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing of installed Window type Air conditioner of any make 1.5/ 2.00 TR ton capacity including taking down, dismantling from grill, taking out air conditioner, removing all electrical components, cleaning the AC coils & fin using bubble method by applying chemical solution, cleaning with brush, washing with pressure water, oiling/ greecing moving parts and reassembling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Various check to be done during servicing of Window type Ac 1.5/ 2.0 TR and spares/ items required for replacement of unsv spare/item will be measured under relavant items.

M&L for Servicing of installed Split Air conditioner of any make 1.5/ 2.0 TR capacity indoor and out door units including taking down, dismantling from grill, taking out air conditioner, removing all electrical components, cleaning with brush, condenser, washing with presure water, oiling moving parts and reassembling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Various check to be done during servicing of Split type Ac 1.5/ 2.0 TR and spares/ items required for replacement of unsv spare/item will be measured under relavant items.

Carrying out gas leakage check and rectifrying /arresting the same by brazing and recharging refrigerant gas, comissioning and testing to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for 1.5/2.0 TR capaity Window/Split AC. Note :- Gas wiil be measured under relevant item.

Supply and replacement of operating knobs of window type AC's of any make of make and model as per the existing model/size complete all as specified and directed.
