Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in SOFT/LOOSE soil complete, all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 m wide for foundations, laying cables / pipes etc. not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete, all as specified

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

PCC type C-2 (1:3:6), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

PCC type D-2 (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Cement concrete, type B-1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in lintels over 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar band, plinth courses, lacing courses , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like complete all as specified.

Brick work using bricks as specified in PS clause 5.1, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to grade Fe-410-W Gde E-250, complete all as specified.

Mild steel rolled sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to grade Fe-410-W Gde E-250, complete all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of any colour hving tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverng/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws comlete all as specified.

40 mm thick, cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified

75 mm thick, cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in as sub base in flooring / hardstanding complete all as specified

100 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type 2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as sub base in flooring / hardstanding etc. complete all as specified. NOTE:- The rate included of necessary form work.

60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block glossy finish, of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of shape approved by GE, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified.

Three coats white wash on new plastered wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Two coats of cement base paint on new plastered wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Two coats of black bituminious paint over steel or iron surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly, with and including GI terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic/bakelight laminated sheet cover having necessary cutting for fixing switches/ sockets comprising the following: -

One light/fan/exaust fan point controlled by one switch (one way) of 6 Amp or one fan point controlled by one switch(one way) of 6 Amp & fan regulator etc. or for bell/buzzer with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable & 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable as earth continuity conductor, in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium duty concealed conduit, complete all as specified and directed.

One Socket outlet of 3-pin/ 5-pin, 6 Amp, on the same board, with 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable & 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area) cable as earth continuity conductor, complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES: (a) Switch(es) & socket(s) shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of Schedule 'A'. (b) GI boxes shall be fixed flush to walls in position with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as directed. (c) Conduit shall be laid on surface in case of RCC ceiling surfaces.

Switch piano flush button single pole one way, 6 Amp, complete all as specified and directed.

Socket outlet multipurpose having provision for 2&3 pin, 6 Amp, flush type, complete all as specified and directed.

Ceiling rose, surface bakelite, 65 x 50mm, three terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Sheet metal enclosure SPN, 2 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar, 240 V, single door type having IP-43 protection, suitable for surface and flush mounting, complete all as specified

MCB suitable for 240 volt AC supply, SPN with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 kA, 'C' curve type of rating 6 to 32 Amp, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface mounted environment friendly LED 20 W batten with polycarbonate housing & integrated electronic driver, lumen output should not be less than 90 lumens per watt including making connections up with three core flexible copper conductor cable, complete all as specified. MAKE: Havells Cat No. LUMILINENXTBS20WLED830SPCWH or equivalent in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' here-in-after.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing of LT XLPE of sectional area 10 Sq.mm, 2 core insulated cable screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with aluminium conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I -1988) laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles and testing complete all as specified :

Clean dry sand ( locally available) as cushioning for under ground cable 230 mm thick (one layer of 80 mm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 150 mm thickness after laying the cable) complete all as specified. NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 180 mm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Bricks as specified in PS clause 5.1, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection as length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other complete, all as specified.
