Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Grading - III Material

Providing and laying rolled cement concrete mix of M-10 basecourse with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, thesize of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm with minimumaggregate cement ratio 15:1 and minimum cement content of 200kg/cum, aggregate gradation to be as per table 600-4 after blending,mixing in batching plant at optimum moisture content, transporting tosite, laying with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10tonnes smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve the designedflexural strength, finishing and curing complete as per clause 603,112 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour,machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:1½:3 (1 Cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
