M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 40mm thick average (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing liquid as in padding to maintain slope correction of the depressed undraution portion all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing one coat of bonding agent 3.0 kg per sqm, as per user instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Roughing/ brushing the surface of old concrete/cement floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc Repair to crack and plug holes :- Old/new cocrete surface should be free from crack and hole if cracks >3mm crack, groove u shape on crack area to big enough for apply Dr. fixit MS 25 sealent to seal crack and allow to cure for a day prior to further teatment. Apllication:- Supply and Apply of one coat of primer of Dr.fixit Denzi Block to fill the porous in concrete surface and allow to leave for 2 hours. After primer cure, apply first coat of Paint/Spray of Dr. Fixit Newcoat at 2.80 kg/sqm (dry film thickness 1000 micro) and allow for 1 to 2 hours for dry, prior to applying second coat perpendicularly, when applying floor or wall joint apply Dr.Fixit Newbond at least 30 cm height above floor level using brush, roller, airless spray gun as applicable incl complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-In-Charge. (Note:-The work should be executed through the auth applicator after approval from Engg-in-charge)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out existing tile and M&L for non skid dark/ coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc. 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as spc.

Hacking out existing tile and M&L for non skid dark/ coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.42 sqm tobut n.exc 1.00sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cm 1:6 complete all as spc.

Note: The Total amount shall subject to adjustment of credit for old Materials as per Schedule of Credit.
