Taking out old damaged tarfelt from the roof, parapet etc. eparing the roof surfaces by removing all spoils, blisters, moss etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. In 3rd floor roof

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof. (a) upto 150 mm. Thick In 3rd Floor

Cutting chase upto 125 x 150 mm. and subsequent mending of damages. (a) in brick wall [Cement-3.6 Kg/Mtr]

Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work.

(b) Applying 2 coats of Non-Toxic Acrylic Polymer modified Paint having adhesive & waterproofing properties by mixing in proportion (1 liquid: 4 cementitious material) or as per manufacturer's specification for water proofing layer in water tank etc. (No Departmental Cement is required)

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] In 3rd floor (ii) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster

Supplying and lying approved brand of black Atactic Polypropylene Polymer (APP) modified prefabricated water proofing membrane with thermal fusible properties on both side having minimum thickness of 3.0 mm and unit weight 3.80kg/SqM. Reinforced with non woven spun bounded polyester reinforcement @160 gm/SqM. The layer of the membrane shall be laid using Butance Torch and sealing all joints properly, leaving no bare edge or end of APP membrane and finishing the surface with towel or otherwise to obtain a uniform surface. The minimum side lap and end lap shall be kept at 80mm and 120 mm respectively. The membrane shall be laid over a coat of primer @ 0.40 Litre / SqM made by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 250C, 0.87-0.89 kg/Litre and viscosity 70-160 cps and left to dry for 24 hours after necessary surface preparatory works such as cleaning the surface thoroughly shaping mouths of outlets including cutting groves (50x50mm) in respect and inserting edge of membrane and mending god damages by sand cement mortar (4:1) and shall be finished in all respect. (Payment will be made on the finished item of work) (The laying of membrane shall be got done through authorize applicator of the manufacturer membrane)

Preparation of drainage spout on roof for bituminous waterproofing treatment after required grading and shaping of the under bed with Cement Concrete (1:2:4) or Cement Mortar (1:4) as directed, Chamfering and moulding the parapet wall to form a bell mouth entry, if required and providing full course treatment with bituminous felt to facilitate quick and smooth drainage of watwr into the down pipes complete including cost of all materials and labour according to satisfaction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the workingsite and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading intotruck and cleaning the site in all respect as perdirection of Engineer in charge
