Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of 10000 GPH x 10-13 meter head mono submersible pump-2nos. alongwith allied works at pumping station Kalta.

Providing of horizontal submersible mono block pumpset with following specifications:- make-kirloskar / KSB / cri / or other equivalent make discharge-10000 GPH Head- 10 - 13 meter head Motor make- KSB/CRI / or other equivalent make voltage-400+15% Job includes shifting / carriage of mono block pumpset – 02 no with allied accessories to site of installation i.e. Kalta by head load. Providing of 100mm MS bends(4Nos.), 100mm to 80mm MS reducers(02Nos.) MS flanges (at least repairs with compatible nuts-bolts(24mm-64Nos.,21mm-32Nos), E6013 or E7018 or of any other eq. std. welding electrode packets-02Nos., gasket/sheets etc. Lowering and testing of mono submersible pump into intake-source and fitting with the GI/MS pipe lines by providing, fabrication, fitting of adopters as per site requirement. Job also includes providing and fitting of MS chain / wire rope of appropriate size from pump set upto MS channel to avoid washing away of pump set during flash floods in River/nallah. Job includes providing of MUG starter – 02 no. of suitable rating (10HP or equivalent) to run the system. Job also includes providing and fitting of 6mm2 submersible cable from LT control panel upto pump set approximately 80 meters in length alongwith proper thimbling and insulation material. Complete job includes the cost of material / labour charges, shifting of tools and tackles.
