Earth work in excavation in foundation, trenches etc. including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated material, refilling after laying pipe/ foundation and disposal of surplus excavated material at a lead upto 50m suitable site as per direction of Engineer for following depths, below natural ground / Road top level.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Carriage of materials by manual labour including loading, unloading and stacking for lead less than 0.5 Km Earth

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing factory made UPVC door frame made of UPVC profile section having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ± 1mm) with wall thickness 2.0mm ± 0.2mm, corners of the door frame to be mitred and welded of plastic, galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19mm and 1mm ± 0.1mm wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturers specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge Extruded section Profile size 42x50 mm.

25mm thick PVC flush door shutters made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762mm X 25mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1mm ± 0.3mm. PVC foam end cap of size 23x10mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25mm. An M.S. tube having dimensions 19mm x 19mm is inserted along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25mm X 11mm. Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufactures' specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge to take up necessary hardware and fixtures. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand)
