CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH NYLON NEWAR (FD-220)

M&L for replacement of following parts of Charpoy GI pipe with nylon newar all as specified and shown on drawings. Fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship/specifications as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removal of old/unserviceable nylon newar fron existing Charpoy GI Pipe , re-assembling/tightening the frame and supply & fixing of new ply top of size 6-1/2' x 3' and 12mm thick , MR grade , ISI marked (Make : Kitply/National/ Greenply) with two stiffner of GI pipe 25 mm bore of medium grade to be welded for joint with both long rail with round headed steel nut, bolt and washer fourteen (14) nos in each charpoy through suitable drill machine holes of appropriate size complete all as directed

Re-threading of broken end of long rail/short rail/legs of charpoy upto 22 mm and refixing the same complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable and broken existing elbow 3 way from the charpoy and S&F new three way elbow of 32 mm bore dia, medium weight, ISI Marked complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable and broken existing check nuts from the charpoys and S&F new check nuts of 32 mm bore and 6mm thick, medium weight, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Round bottom disc shall be provided to each legs fitted under item No.3.06 here in before with 50 mm dia MS sheet 3 mm thick welding shall be done around complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

CHAIR COMPUTER / CHAIR VISITOR (FD/E6/MAP/01, TP)

Removing old / unserviceable twin wheel castor from chair and S&F new twin wheel caster as per existing shape and size, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old /unserviceable seat and S & F new seat of PU foam 40 density upholstered with tapestry cloth (range not less than Rs 350/Mtr fixed on 12 mm thick commercial ply BWR grade, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old /unserviceable back and S & F new back of PU foam 40 density upholstered with tapestry cloth (range not less than Rs 350/Mtr fixed on 12 mm thick commercial ply BWR grade, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old/unserviceable pedestal assy and S&F new pedestal assy as per shape and size, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old/unserviceable hydraulic systern and S&F new hydraulic systern with pressure 300N force & 100 mm stroke length all as per existing shape and size, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old/unserviceable arms and S&F new arms of polyurethane all as per existing shape and size, complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR WRITING STEEL (MAP) FD/E6/MAP/12

Removing old/unserviceable Seat and S&F new seat of PU foam 40 density upholstery with tapestry cloth (range not less than Rs 302 per mtr)fixed on 12 mm thick commercial ply BWR grade complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable back and S&F new back of PU foam 40 denesity upholstered with tapestry cloth ( range not less than Rs 302 per mtr) fixed on 12 mm thick commercial ply BWR grade complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable arms and S&F new arms of polyurathane all as per shape and size shown on drawing and as directed.

S&F rubber stoper of chair writing all as per shape and size shown on drawing.

Painting the chair writing steel frame with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint of ist quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding point up to 20 mm runing of brocken all type steel furniture with gas/electric welding. The welded portion shall be paintedwith synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide primer to be matched with existing paint i.e white/ black/ OG complete all as specified and directed.

TABLE STEEL (900X900 mm) (FD-1009)

Removing old unserviceable top from table and S&F new top of size 900 x 900 & 18 mm thick of pre-laminated particle board, one side teak face decorative type and white laminated on other side, interior grade type-II melamine face as per IS-3082, with and including 4 mm thick 1st class hard wood (teak wood) beading duly fixed with headless nails with and including french polishing to beading, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting to table 900x900 mm with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality including preparation of old surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surface of side board by applying one sealer coat and making the surface plain by scraping with fine sand paper and polishing two coat of french/sprite polish on exposed surface to achive high class finish complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR OF ALMIRAH LARGE/MEDIUM STEEL WITH SHELF (FD-1031/1032/351)

Removing of old unserviceable handle of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new handle 125 mm long of cast iron zinc chromium plated coated of Godrej pattern with nuts and bolts complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable locks of almirah large/ medium steel and S&F new steel locks of 6 levers special type with nuts and bolts including two steel keys complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Painting of almirah large steel-Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, shade smoke grey/olive green as approved by GE, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Painting of almirah Medium steel-Preparation of surfaces i.e filliing all holes and cracks or detoriated spots of old painted steel furniture with primer, (Internally /externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist Gde, shade smoke grey/olive green as approved by GE, complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

REPAIR OF LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-257/ 1029)

Removing of old unserviceable MS hinges of locker bed side steel and S&F new MS hinges 65 mm long with gas welding / revitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable legs of locker bed side steel and S & F new legs of 1 mm thick MS sheet as per shape and size as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing of old unserviceable handle of locker bed side steel and S&F of new MS chromium plated handle 125 mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable hasp and staple of locker bed side and S&F new CP steel hasp and staple 75 mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for tightening of loose MS shelves with revitting / spot welding, complete all as specified and directed.

Painting of locker bed side steel preparation of surface i.e filling all holes and cracks or detoriated spot of old painted steel furniture with primer, (internally/externally) putty than applying spray painting of synthetic enameled paint of Ist grade, shade smoke grey/olive green as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

TABLE 3'X2' WITH DRAWER STEEL (FD-1008)

Removing old unserviceable top from table and S&F new top of size 900x600x18 mm thick of prelaminated partical board exterior grade typr -II melamine face as per IS-3087, top of teack face and white laminated on other side with 4 mm thick Ist class hard wood( teak wood) beading fixed with nails includings french polishing to beading complete all as specified and directed.

Removing old brocken/ unserviceable drawer from table and S&F new drawer as per sample, shape and size shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC shoe all as per shape and size shown on drawing & as directed.

Painting to table 3' x2' with drawer with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality includings preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD/E6/MAP-05)

Removing old /unserviceable top of hand rest and S&F new top shall be of 18 mm thick prelaminated melamine faced partical board both side decorative fitted with PVC edging all round ( Hinges on right hand side) screw to 25 mm hollow pipe all as per arrangement shown in drawing and directed.

Removing old brocken/ unserviceable Seat & back and S&F new seat & Back shall be in one piece of PVC as per arrangement shown in drawing and complete all as shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Painting the chair school with hand board frame with one coat of black synthetic enamel paint of Ist quality including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.
