REPAIR/MAINT TO ACs REFRIGERATORS, WATER COOLERS AND CONNECTED WORKS AT AGE (I) MANGALORE

M&L for servicing of split type AC unit of any capacity/ make by removing dust with suitable method, cleaning of air filters, tightening of loose wire, nuts, bolts, washers, servicing of condenser motor/ blower, by oiling, greasing, replacement of worn out rubber bushes of condensor motor, setting of grill alignment & knobs, Checking for any leakages, provision of thermocoal for air tightness, testing etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water wash servicing of split type AC unit of any capacity/ make for clogged air filter, noisy fans, gas leaking, leaking hoses etc of Indoor unit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting the outdoor unit of split AC of any capacity/any make and its stand by synthetic enamel spray paint as existing colour and writing MES No all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removing the unserviceable blower motor from the Split AC 1.5/2 Ton unit and M&L for rewinding of blower motor, single phase, with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge including replacement of gunmetal bush of suitable size, cleaning, greasing and refixing of motor, connecting up all including testing and refixing complete.

M&L for Removing the unserviceable Blower motor from the Split AC 1.5/2 Ton unit and Supply and fix in replacement Blower motor suitable for Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton out door unit single ended or double ended shaft as per existing one. Make: AUE/ Marathon Electric or equivalent

M&L for Removing the unserviceable Blower from the Split AC 1.5/2 Ton unit and Supply and fix in replacement Blower suitable for Split type AC 1.5/2 Ton out door unit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing the UNSV compressor from Split type AC and supply and fix new compressor suitable for 1.5 Ton split type A/C all including fixing in original position, connecting up, testing, gas charging, pressure testing, cleaning, condensing and cooling coils, welding, bracing and also including required length of capacity tube and strainer/filter and painting of base plate complete all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar/Mitsubhishi/Bluestar/Tecumseh or equivalent

M&L for Removing the UNSV compressor from Split type AC and supply and fix new compressor suitable for 2 Ton split type A/C all including fixing in original position, connecting up, testing, gas charging, pressure testing, cleaning, condensing and cooling coils, welding, bracing and also including required length of capacity tube and strainer/filter and painting of base plate complete all as per existing one and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Kirloskar/Mitsubhishi/Bluestar/Tecumseh/Voltas or equivalent

S&F in replacemnt the copper piping (suction and discharge) and power cable including the thermal insulation all as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fix in repair Indoor cooling coil made up of copper tubing and copper/aluminium cooling fins all as per sample and as suitable for 1.5/2 Ton capacity split type AC all as specified and directed by engr in charge.
