Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc., removing materials out side MD land in case of Credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring for complete with PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694, 1.5sqmm (nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC casing / capping (not less than 20mm wide) or 20mm dia non metallic rigid PVC conduit (ISI marked) and accessories on surface of wall/roof with sunken type pressed steel/welded terminal boxes made out of 1.6mm mild steel sheet, 3mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting of switches, socket outlets, regulators etc., including provision of PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5sqmm as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Serviceable switch / socket outlet shall be reused.

Supply and fix switch socket outlet, combination 2 Pin 6Amps / 3 Pin 6Amps, flush type, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Anchor / Legrand / L&T / Havells

Supply and fix Switch Piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5/6 Amps, 240 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Anchor / Legrand / L&T / Havells

Supply and fix Ceiling rose, surface type Bakelite, three terminal 65x32mm, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Anchor / Legrand / L&T / Havells

Supply and fix stepped type electronic fan regulator, flush type on existing phenolic laminated sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Anchor / Legrand / L&T / Havells

Supply and fix exhaust fan 300mm sweep, 1350 RPM, 230volts, single phase, double ball bearing with grey colour metallic robust body, heavy duty including louvers, fixing accessories and taking down existing fan etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Model - Turbo LD Great Delux of Usha or equivalent in Phillips / Havells / Bajai

Supply and fix wall mounting fan 400mm sweep, 230volts, single phase, pull chain arrangement for speed control, provision of oscillation and tilting up and down arrangements and taking down existing fan etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Model - Helix Mega of Usha or equivalent in Phillips / Havells / Bajai

Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, single phase, 240volts, three blade, metal body, down rod upto required length, canopy & shank, suitable size of mild steel clamp for hanging of the fan including connecting, fixing accessories and taking down existing fan etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Model - Energia 32 of Usha or equivalent in Phillips / Havells / Bajai

Supply and install high wall split type Air conditioner units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ionizer and plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 3 star rating of 1.5 Ton capacity having dual inverter compressor, copper condenser cooling coil all as specified and directed. Make: Voltas / LG / Samsung / Blue Star

Supply and fix single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin earth plug and socket including one single pole MCB SPN 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells / L&T / Legrand

Material and labour for submain wiring complete with and including 2 runs of 4.0sqmm, single core FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed, multistranded, copper conductor cable, single core, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC conduit, medium grade of size 25mm dia including accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as required and fixed on walls and 2.5sqmm PVC multistranded copper conductor cable for earthing and connected to common earth dolly including taking down the existing submain wiring complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of 4.0sqmm PVC insulated cable and one run of 2.5sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.
