Up keeping of inside office/service/welfare buildings including: a) cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass anes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days.(b) Cleaning of bathroom/ toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Scope of work:For a period of 730 days excluding sundays and paid holidays. The contractor has to be engaged 05 nos Labourers per day)

Carriage of garbage or earth mixed other wastes by tractor trolley including manual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumps or at any other specified location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.For lead of 1 km

Cleaning of Drains without siltation or sludge deposition: Open Surface drain above 250 mm width.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
