Construction of Single Class room Building in PUE School @ Akkaripatty H/O Edayapatty PANCHAYAT.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in hard gravelly soil as per SS20 B for foundation etc complete

Refilling with excavated earth as per standard specifications etc complete

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including cost and Conveyance of all site etc. Complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary support for plane surface in Foundation Basement and Roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces for floors etc, complete.

Roof Slab

R.C.C. 1:1.5:3-using 20mm ISS HBGS metal including cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over th exposed RCC surface o ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with ginding maching and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing etc completed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 20 X 20 X 2 mm laid in CM 1:3 12 mm thick mixes with W.P. compound laid 2 % weight of cement etc., complete.

Paving the floor with kota stone slab of size 600 x 600 of 18 / 20mm (un-polished) in all floors laid in of cement mortor 1:3 (one cement three M.Sand), 20mm thick and pointed with colour cement neatly including polishing with polishing stone and oxalic acid etc., so as to perfectly smooth and glossy and including hire charges for polishing machine and power consumption charges etc. The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Distempering 2 coats with approved Distemper over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with std, specification.

Painting two coats with approved Plastic Emulsion over one coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting two coats over new iron work using synthetic enamal paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc complete
