Supply of 4CX10 sq.mm XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part I) 1978 with upto date amendments etc as required.

Supply of 30W LED flood light fitting made of IP 65, pressure die cast aluminium housing suitable for working on 140-240V, 50Hz, PF>0.95, THD<10%, CRI>70, LED life not less than 50000 burning hours with integral driver unit complete with all accessories and as per technical specifications.

Supplying and laying of 50 mm dia (OD-50 mm & ID-38 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench etc. , complete as required.

Supply and Installation of PVC out door type cable termination box of size minimum (240X130X95)mm with IP65 protection along with 4 way 63 A connector, 6A SP MCB, din rail, nylon PG gland for outgoing and mounting the box on the existing Y type concrete pole with suitable GI 'C' clamp, bolt and nuts etc.complete as required as per EIC directions.

Fabrication and Supply of 32 mm dia class "B" GI pipe of length upto one meter with top suitable for mounting 1 No. 30W LED flood light fixture, with 6mm thick GI plate of dimension min 250mm x 100mm as suitable for light fitting including painting as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of GI Pipe (Item no.5) including drilling to recieve cables along with 2 No. suitable GI clamps (4 mm thick) duly painted with locking arrangement, SS bolts and nuts for fixing the GI pipe to the Y concrete poles including installation of LED flood lights (item no.02) with SS bolts, connections and wiring with 3CX1.5 sq.mm FRPVC copper conductor cable from box to the fitting etc.complete as required as per EIC direction.

Supply and fixing of analog timers (0-24 hrs) and 4P 40A contactor with 2 NO + 2 NC in the existing outdoor type feeder pillar including connections etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32mm size medium class FRLS PVC conduit on surface/Y concrete pole as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35sq.mm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC HDPE pipe as required.

Supplying and Making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required. 4CX10 Sqmm.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or along with existing surface/recessed conduit /submain wiring/cable as required.
