Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in as in leveling course including use of form work as necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors including necessary form work all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, floors, pavings and hardstanding etc, finished even smooth without using extra cement etc including necessary forwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe 410-W quality A (Gde-E-250) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength 550 MPA as in roof covering in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including providing of rubber washer/Bitumen washer with filling of Bitumen between joint of sheet and Self tapping screws complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work as in Wind Tie in roof and MS structural works in trusses, etc with screwed ends including nuts, washers and mild steel plates for walls chimneys, roofs arches etc any kind rods and straining bolts conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified .
