Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including carriage of material all complete

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead. including carriage of material all complete

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm including carriage of material all complete

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board(Height pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately). 6 mm thick Cement fiber board as per IS: 14862 including carriage of material all complete

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sandincluding carriage of material all complete)

Providing and fixing Planelled shutters for doors including MS butt hings of 2nd class deodar wood 35mm thick including carriage of material all complete

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for windows using 10 Kg /Sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including MS butt hings of second class deodar wood including carriage of material all complete

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including carriage of material all complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work including carriage of material all complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

CIB (citizen information Board ) size 4'00"x5'00"x0'9" (above plinth level) with tepered top having 20 degree slope in Brick Masonary(1:4) including plaster , paint, lettering and logos as per instruction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material. ( complete job)
