Taking up or down old Galvanised iron or steel water tubings of following bores with all fittings from trenches, walls, pillars, floors or ceiling and separating serviceable tubings and set for aside reuse and removing unserviceable tubings from site all complete as specified and as directed :

Supply and laying only Steel water tubings, galvanised, medium grade with all fittings, laid in trenches in old/new position, fixed complete to walls, ceiling, post or laid in floors etc with providing necessary fixing clamps, saddles etc as required in new/old positions complete as specified and as directed of following bore of size :-

S&F gate valve,of following size gun metal, heavy duty screwed on both ends with iron wheel head after taking down old existing gate valve complete all as specified and directed at site.

M & L for repair, servicing/periodical maintenance to RO Plant of capacity 50 LPH including replacement of minor spares, Pump repair, refixing the plant after repair, testing complete all as specified and directed of entire satisfactory level by Engr-in charge. Note: (i) Charcoal and other minor accessories included in the quoted rate (ii)Spares required shall be measured and paid under relevant items

Material and labour for carryout Physical check (one mechanic and one helper) of centrifugal/submersible pump of any size & capacity, cleaning of burnt/ damage accessories if required, cleaning complete with cleaning material (Petrol/ CRC-226), tightening of all nuts, bolts all as directed and checking leakage seepage and serviceability of pipe line /gate valve and minor consumables like Petrol, CRC, Brasso etc for cleaning shall be included in the quoted rate and necessary fitting all as directed and specified Note :-(i) Gate Valves, Foot valve ,pipe line shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Minor parts l, GI nuts, bolts, etc and cleaning materials jointing materials shall be included in quoted rates.

Material and labour for attending the breakdown in case if pipe line burst out with all accessories including machine to dig the pipe /moisture detecting machine and find out the faulty location of pipe.complaint must be attended at the same day. Note :-(i) Gate Valves, Foot valve ,pipe line shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Minor parts l, GI nuts, bolts, etc and cleaning materials jointing materials shall be included in quoted rates. (iii) maintaining the surface as per existing standard is contractor responsibility which include laying the removed tile ,refilling the excavated material .

S&F in replacement Non return valve heavy duty of the following size /dia ISI marked including flange joints and minor consumables like Petrol, CRC, Brasso etc for cleaning shall be included in the quoted rate of following sizes

(a) Bore of tubings 50 mm

(b) Bore of tubings 40 mm

(c) Bore of tubings 25 mm

(d) Bore of tubings 20 mm

Servicing of Dosing pump of capacity 1250 ltr cap hooper ,motor driven .5 hp ,1440 rpm 415 v dosing rate 25 lph including leakage check.winding of motor ,greasing ,replacement of ss fastener,pvc pipes and other connecting accessories complete all as specified and directed . Note : Dosing pump must be functional always so servicing and overhauling of the pump is essential and keeping it functional 24x7 is contractor's responsibility .Delay in the services will be fined at 600 Rs per day.

Supply and filling AQUAFIT brand calcium hypochlorite 65% to 70 % chlorine content (in drum) the form of granular and tablet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC under ground Sump of capacity upto 20,000 ltrs by cleaning walls and floors of tank by wire brushing and gunny bags, etc removing all scales, dust, pit dirt and mud, removing outside and carryout two coats of white wash on external exposed concrete/ plastered surface and inside surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for cleaning the service water tank (inside surfaces only) of any description by scraping, scrubbing (without damaging the tank surfaces) with coir brushes and removing all deposits/scales, algae formations, silt/other sticky or foreign materials from adhering tank surfaces and washing inside surfaces of tank with approved bleaching powder solution and finally recleaning with fresh plain water to remove any trace of beaching powder of following capacity of service water tanks all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. .

Supply & fixed in repairs Ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, screwed for the following size as specified and as directed :-

(a)For 25 mm bore GI pipe.

(b) For 20 mm bore GI pipe.

M & L in replacement PVC Flat sheathed with plain copper conductor 3 core submersible cable of 6.0 SQ mm including taking down old U/S material complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Star delta starter 5/7.5 HP in steel sheet enclosure type starter suitable for 5/7.5 HP pumpset complete(motor rating 415 Volts 50 Hz, 3 Phase) including taking down old U/S material complete all as specified and directed

M&L for lifting of submersible pump along with lowering column pipes with flanges by disconnecting nut bolts and opening motor from pump. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for lowering of submersible pump along with lowering column pipes with flanges by fixing nut bolts of suitable size and assembling motor and pump. Complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L pump unit only of a monoblock pump suitable for 7.5 HP motor 3 phase 415 v,50hz made of CI,MS,SS head range 28-44 ,discharge 10.3-4.7 size (suc x del) 65x65 mm power 5.5 kw protection IP 55 complete all as specified and directed .Note testing certificate must be submitted after installation ,installation of new unit and taking out the old unit is the responsibility of contractor only.
