Supply, Installation, Testing and Comissioning of compressed air system by installation of 02 number air-cooled, splash lubricated and skid mounted Reciprocating type compressor of make given in Appdx 'B' of Capacity to produce 30 CFM each free air delivery at maximum pressure of 120 PSI and to be fitted with 7.5 HP capacity induction electric motor of class 'F' insulation prefitted with slide rails , with and including following :- (i) The compressor shall be installed duly fitted with suction filters, after coolers with moisture separator, auto drain trap. (ii) The moisture separator and after coolers duly fitted with electrically operated auto drain traps will also be provided before Air receiver. (iii) This system should also have one number horizontal MS Air receiver as per IS - 226 with construction code IS - 2825 of 1000 Ltr WC duly fitted with safety valves, drain valves, pressure gauges etc. (iv) This system shall also be fitted with bypass airline, safety valve for pressure release and pressure indicators.

Supply, Fixing, Testing and Comissioning of automatic twin chamber heatless Air drier to dry 30 CFM compressed Air at 120 PSIG pressure at a temperature of 0 to 40 degree Centigrade. Outlet dew point temperature shall be –40 degree Centigrade. The dryer would be automatic duly fitted with pneumatic operated valve, set of filters, prefilter, oil filter and duly fitted with pressure gauges for test the filter’s condition. This system shall also be fitted with bypass airline, safety valve for pressure release and pressure indicators.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of solid drawn , seamless deoxidised non or senical half hard tempered and degreased , medical grade copper pipes of following sizes confirming BSEN - 13348, the piping installation shall be complete with sizes and types of fittings confirming to EN 1254-1 standard, with a copy of third party inspection certificate from Lloyd's register services / SGS certified / Tata certified complete including painting and fixing with all accessories as required as site -indigenous.

The front fasia shall be made out of 2.5 mm thick, colour coded white PVC sheet with brass parking arangement of probe. The probe is also made out of brass with SS spring having indexing of individual gas. Oxygen, Nitrious Oxide , Compressed Air, Surgical Air and Vacuum shall be matching probes to the Gas outlet mentioned above. The terminal units shall have following features and standard as per HTM 02 - 01. (i) It shall be front loaded with parking facility. (ii) Terminal unit shall have mechanism with non return valve. (iii) Should allow single hand operation. (iv) On first insertion of probe the probe shall sit in a standby position. At the stage there shall be no Gas flow. (v) The Gas supply shall start only on pressing the probe second time.. (vi) It shall close automatically when connected apparatus is removed. (vii) For allowing on line maintenance the terminal unit shall be equipped with a check valve for all positive pressure gases for closing Gas supply whenever the outlet point is opened for Medical Air 4 Bar

Supply, fixing and testing of isolation valves suitable for the following pipe diameter using brass fittings on both sides complete in all respects, the isolation valve shall be non lubricated type , stainless hard chrome brass with PTFE sheet , having opening by turn of handle . The valve shall be pneumatically tested and degreased for medical gas services complete -(indigenous).
