M&L for shifting of existing LT panel/ APFC panel of any capacity/size by taking proper shutdown for power house and disconnecting cables connection both in coming and outgoing complete and refixing in new location including making new incomming and outgoing connection including necessary earth work and PCC work complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cleaning of installation/ substation including clearing of vegitation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc around the installation compound and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rubbing rusted surface of LT panel/ feeder piller boxes of various sizes installed in stations, cleaning the inner and outer surface of panel/ feeder piller box and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer including marking name of incomming and outging connection on LT panel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacment of old unserviceable earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by mixture of charcoal and common salt and electrode connected to and including galvanized iron strip 32x6mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized steel including GI pipe light grade of size of 40 mm dia for protection and GI pipe light grade 20mm dia bore for watering funnel with wire mesh. CI cover with frame, PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 excavation and earth work all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the cables have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the unserviceable LT/HT cable of any size from tranches/ walls /floor etc complete all as specified and directed

Supplying, laying, testint and commisioning LT UG XLPE insulated 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs of size 10 Sqmm, 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation LT Electric control panel, cubical type, for out door use, dust & vermin proof floor mounted made out of CRCA steel sheet of 3.15 mm thick and 2.00 mm thick other parts and angle iron legs of size 50mmx50mmx6mm having front and rear hinged doors with front openable shutters for each MCCB with spreader & extended rotary handle having hinges on one side and locating arrangements with screws type on other sides completely with fully enclosed bus bar chamber, having electrolytic high conductivity insulated busbar made but of aluminium strips of rating 400 amps for 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system, with cable entry provision, with suitable lugs gland, voltmeter , Ammeter and phase indicator complete, duly painted with two coats of stove enameled powder coated paint over as coat of red oxide primer complete all as ncluding necessary PCC work of height 45 cm from the ground level and equipped with the following items including dismantling existing unserviceable panel and removal from site:- Note: Drawing and all materials viz MCB/MCCB/ instruments etc for LT panel shall be got approved by GE before fabrication.
