Dismantling old plaster or raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead

Dismantling tile work in floors, wall & roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Provision for Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Provision for Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour

Provision for purchase and fitting & fixing of Split AC (1.5 ton) 5 star of company L.G or eqvilant with stabilizer for the different section of Circle Office as directed by Engineer In-charge

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm dia CP Brass single hole basin mixer of approved quality and make, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required:- White Vitreous China Wash basin size 550x400 mm with a 15 mm CP Brass pillar tap

Providing and fixing aluminum work for partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc

Provision for providing and fixing of Vinyl Sheet Flooring of 2 mm thick on Floor where vinyl Flooring is required as directed be Engineer In-charge

Provision for purchase & supply of Furniture of reputed brand or equivalent with for the different section of chemical branch Office as directed by Engineer In- charge

Provision for electrification works of different sections, Rooms, Conference hall etc. complete with all necessary fittings & fixings and changing of wiring & electrical items wherever necessary etc.

Providing 10 mm thick plaster of Paris (gypsum anhydrous) ceiling up to a height of 5 m above floor level, over first class kail wood strips 25x6 mm with 10 mm gap in between and reinforced with rabbit wire mesh fixed to wooden frame

Provision for providing 12 mm cement plaster of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) on wall where repair work is required as directed be Engineer In charge

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in- charge

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
