Other Line material i.e. cross arm / conductor / pin insulator / stay / earthing/cable Box etc. except A.B Cable.
Dragging of ST Pole as per RESPO Norms.
Fabrication and Erection of Double Pole Support on ST Pole including grouting with 1:4:8 ratio Cement, sand & Brick Ballast& including digging of pit and fixing of all accessories clamp & earthing as per RESPo Norms. (Cost of clamps borne by contractor)
Grouting and Binding of Stay in 1:4:8 ratio with cement, sand and brick ballast including cost of all grouting materials as per RESSPO Norms
Earthing by way of boring and lowering of "B" class G.I. pipe 50 mm dia 20 mtr. Long from ground upto the water lavel it will be connected to the G.S. Strip for T/F nutral connection the earth strip will be welded to the G.I. pipe the work also included top cap and clamps for pouring water the cost of all material will all labour and T n P etc. complete in all respect . (all the material will be supplied by the contractor.)
Laying of underground 11 KV 3x185 sq mm (Double Circuit) XLPE Cable by HDD (HORIZONTAL DRILL DIRECTION) Method by using suitable HDPE Pipe & HDD Machine Complete in all Respect as per norms. (All the material will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)
Hanaging, Hosting & clamping of G.I. Pipe, channel, nut & Bolt 3x185 mm2 XLPE 11 KV cable as per RESSPO Norms (cost of all accessories will be borne by contractor)
Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits Outdoor end Termination suitable for 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 mm2 confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any. ( Jointing Kit supplied by Dept.)
Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits Staight Through end Termination suitable for 11 KV XLPE cable 3x185 mm2 confirming to IS ESI-09-13-IS-13573 of 1992 amendment I&II VDE-0278 of latest version there of if any. ( Jointing Kit supplied by Dept.)
