(1) This is a PAC item in favour of M/s FAIVELEY TRANSPORT RAIL TECHNOLOGIES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED- HOSUR. (2) Bidders other than the OEM are required to upload a tender-specific authorization letter of OEM. If bidder fails to submit this authorization with offer, no back reference will be made, and the offer shall be summarily rejected.

GST rates have been entered correctly as applicable. It shall be the responsibility of the bidder to ensure that they quote correct GST rate corresponding to applicable HSN Code. Purchaser shall not be responsible for any miss-classification of HSN number or incorrect GST rate if quoted by the bidder.
In case the successful tenderer is not liable to be registered under CGST/IGST/UTGST/SGST Act, The railway shall deduct the applicable GST from his/their bills under reverse charge mechanism (RCM) and deposit the same to the concerned tax authority.
