Requiredxi. A color Scanned Original hire agreement valid for at least 1 year for hired vehicles.
Requiredxii. For "Own" vehicles, registration must be in the name of the Proprietor. In case of partnership firm/company, the vehicles should be registered in the name of partners of firm/company.
Requiredxiii. For ?Hired? vehicles, all the declared hire vehicles, agreement for the contract period from 1.04.2026 to 31.03.2027, should be uploaded.
