The quantities given here under are tentative. They can vary on either side upto any extant,the contractor shall have no claim on account of changes and shall be paid of the quantities as physically met at site reach of work for complete work. (Rate are excluding GST)

Earth work for excavation of soak pit & septic tank including lead up to 30 m & lift up to 1.50m and its disposal.

Earth work in Filling/levelling surface in Mar, Kabar, Ranker & Kanker Mixed Soil with all lead & lift including dressing making profile and manual compaction but excluding machenical compaction for proper completion of work.

IInd class brick work in 1:5 cement mortar including all cost of material labour T&P etc.

Dismantling exiting old plaster including disposal of refuse material with in distance of 60 M.

Cement Plaster with 1:5 Cement Mortar (cement and Coarse sand) including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc. complete.

Dismantaling cement concrete brick or floor including stacking of dismantled materials within a distance of 60m.

Laying cement concrete in 1:3:6 in floor including cost of all materials, labours and T&P etc.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in 600x600mm size with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement cortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pitments etc complete.

Providing and Fixing fall ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made in special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galavanized with zink coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS: 277.

Providing and Laying of Rubble Moulded Zig Zag Interlocking Concrete block pavements having thickness 60mm including all cost of material labour T&P etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even & smooth complete.

Painting Two coat on wall (Burzer Make) including scraping old paint & cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper finish of work.

Painting of Two coat Enamel paint (Burzer Make) including scraping old paint & cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper finish of work.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supplying & Laying tarfelt or any other equivalent approved material over roofs as per direction of the engineer in charge including necessary overlap giving a coat of approved coarse sand or small size bajri and including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Salwood Chaukhat 120x65 Double rebate including joint treated with favicol properly nailed with one coat of primer, black japan paints on wall side excluding cost of holdfast complete.

Supply and fixing of 40mm (1½") thick commercial quality Sitapur ply or other approved plywood flush shutters including stops and including fixing and adjustment of hinges, bolts, locks handles springs and/or other fittings but excluding their supply and including painting with two coats of black japan on all iron fittings if necessary and including fixing the glass panes with putty and brad glass to be 4mm thick fitting with necessary screw to be supplied depertmentally.

Providing & Fixing 15 mm dia B-Class (Jinal, J.TC. Make) ISI marked G.I. Pipe complete with G.I. Specials such as bends, tee socket cross, clamps, earth work including filling the trenches etc. required for porper completion of the work. The rate also includes concealed G.I. fitting, where required, cutting and making good the walls etc. and materials, labour T&P etc. (complete Internal Work)

Providing & Fixing 25 mm dia B-Class (Jinal, J.TC. Make) ISI marked G.I. Pipe complete with G.I. Specials such as bends, tee socket cross, clamps, earth work including filling the trenches etc. required for porper completion of the work. The rate also includes concealed G.I. fitting, where required, cutting and making good the walls etc. and materials, labour T&P etc. (complete Internal Work)

Two or more holes for pipe entry of 25.4 mm on upper and lower sides of the box. Holes shuld be semi-shuttered type and fitted with heavy brass Earth Piller duly screwed & brand name should be embossed. Box flushed in wall including cutting of brick work, fixing it to the level with cement sand mortar, including matching colour wash with s/o all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work as directed at site by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and wiring of submains with 2 nos. 2.5 sq mm & with 1 no earth wire of 1.5 sqm FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade single core multistrand copper conductor cable in existing PVC conduit complete,including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work as directed by Engineer in charge.

Add for light / fan points with modular type switch in place of piano type switch.

Add for plug point with modular switch & socket in place of piano type switch & socket.

Supply and fixing of electronic fan regulator 120-280 V. ISI marked, on the existing switch board including making connections, required material, labour T&P etc. for proper completion of work to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge of work.

Erection and testing of ceiling fan and regulator for room height upto 3.5 metres including supply of 3mm thick G.I.Pipe19mm dia. Duly painted, complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of one number 8 SWG G.I. wire in 15mm dia. G.I. pipe for earthing, laid in ground or in wall duly concealed including the cost of cement, sand, labour, T&P other material required for proper completion of the work as directed at site.

Supply and fixing of power plug with 20 Amp./250 volt flush type modular switch and 5 pin 20 A/250 volt flush type universal modular socket switch on concealed M.S box including supply of all material, labour T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.
