Repair/maintenance and servicing of step down transformer 11 KV/433 Volt of capacity 375 KVA, comprising following work services (Make: Alfa Electricals) :- (a) Disconnection carefully of cable end termination of HT & LT side. (b) Opening of top cover by removing nuts, bolts and all mounting accessories and conservator tanks. (c) Draining out transformer oil and keeping aside in barrel for re-use and then again pouring back after necessary filteration and dehydration including top up with new transformer oil to make up the reduced quantity. (d) Replacement of top and buttom Gaskets. (e) Servicing of tap changing gears by cleaning and polishing tapping contact points. (f) Labour only for Cleaning of bush and stud both HT/LT side and refixing the same with new cock sheet as required (g) Replacing unserviceable stud and bush as required as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (h) Reconnection of all cable terminals HV & LV sides and refixing the top cover after replacement of gaskets, conservator tank in position. (i) Cleaning and heating of silica gel in breather and replenishing with new silica gel to make up the reduced quantity. (j) Connecting HT & LT side with existing incoming and outgoing cables including reconnection of earth strip/lead. Note: (i) Filteration and dehydration of transformer oil, New transformer oil shall be measured separately.

Filteration and dehydration of old transformer oil and removing of sludge by continuous circulation through transformer oil filtration plant with heater strips to achieve dielectric strength of not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap of electrode as per IS-1866(1985) and improvement of acidity by minimizing percentage of acidity using chemical reagents all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and filling transformer oil having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.5 mm gap after initial dehydration/filteration conforming to IS 335 and ISI marked to be brought at site in sealed container all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down radiator assembly from engine mounting by opening water hoses & nut bolts of capacity 125KVA DG Set Cleaning of radiator from inside and outside by the help of anti rust solution. Checking the radiator by filling water and repairing for any leakage by brazing the radiator and ensure for No leakage. Refixing the radiator at place including connecting water hoses and replacement of following items:- (a) water coolent solution- 5 Liters. Supply and replacement of longitudinal non ferrus wheel for long travel motion including antifriction bearings for 3 Ton load capacity complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing spur gear and pinion including key way, fasteners etc complete for long travel motion of capacity 3 Ton HOT crane complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of longitudinal non ferrus wheel for cross travel motion including anti-friction bearings complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing spur gear and pinion including key way, fasteners etc complete for cross travel motion of capacity 3 Ton HOT crane complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for dismantling, lowering down, servicing and replacing of necessary spare parts of existing 3 Ton capacity chain pulley block and re-erection testing commissioning, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of any minor spares, checking lubrication of gear system, topping up lubricant to desired level replacement of gasket, nut bolts washers, split pins for proper tightness and safety control system, replacement of wornout parts, checking of coupling unit, travel track making of existing wall hole and filling with PCC (1:2:4) works etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fixing spark proof phosphorus bronze LT wheels and MS flanges with all spacers, with and including phosphorus bronze wheel casting, machining, Drilling etc., for 3 Ton capacity HOT crane, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Chain pulley with all accessories, suitable for 3 ton capacity HOT crane, including taking down old unserviceable rusted Chain pulley, complete all as specified. Make: Safex/Joseph or equivalent MES approved make.

M & L for dismantling HOT crane main runner wheel carefully by breaking both side wall portion and opening to both side wheel bush from its location, supply and fixing new one copper bush and bearing as per existing shape and size, including testing after fixing the same with 3 Ton load capacity RCC block, complete all as specified.

M&L for Earthing in repairs complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level, connected to but using galvanised iron strip 32×6mm as earthing leadd (upto 7.5 M in length from earth plate) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washersall as shown in electrical plate No. 3, connected to earthing test point all as specified including earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber and RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 40 mm thick, with 8 mm dia steel deformed (TMT bars) reinforcement at 150mm c/c both ways, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection, 20 mm dia GI light grade pipe for watering, water funnel, testing point etc., complete all as specified and testing on completion.
