Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like 9 kg & 4 kg capacity Fire Extinguisher , sand bucket with bracket , rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box, 33000 volt danger board complete as per specification of NIT.
Providing M.S. angle & removable 10mm thick chequered plate over the open portion of the cable trench in the substation/electrical room after installation of the equipment as per diection of EIC & with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate at the head works.
PART- B
Installation of all items mentioned as in PART A (Sl no 1 to 21) including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Transformer, PDB Panel including necessary, painting, jointing of cables, Heat shrinkable cable jointing materials, termination by suitable rated sockets, all complete as per relevent IE Rules with the entire satisfaction of EIC.
Commissioning of the entire installation after High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 33 KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and obtaining approval certificate of sub-station from Director of Electricity as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
Operation of the entire installation in Sub-Station of 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 15 (fifteen) months (3 months trial + 12 months O & M) are to be provided with supply of skilled Electrical Operator preferably ITI, semi-skilled personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundries & lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the department.
Testing, calibration of various electrical equipment, relays meters, instruments, interlocks etc once before handing over the substation after completion of O & M period.
