Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine/driven generating set of capacity 320 KVA/256 KW, 0.8 power factor at NTP, mounted on common base frame alongwith sound proof enclosure (acoustic enclosure ), 1500 RPM, with silencer pipe independently supported from engine to outside upto 1 mtr, AVM padded foundation as per manufacture's design, cold starting kit, battery start with suitable size cable for connection from DG set to panel board (DG Set shall be capable of operating in temperature range of (-35) degree centigrade to (+35) degree centigrade) complete with and incl the following :- (A) PRIME MOVER :- Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled (Radiator mounted) closed circuit as per BS 649 or IS-10002 direct injection type turbo charged electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hours continuosly with 10% over loading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS 5514/- BS 649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer recommedation and mounted on common base frame with following accessories as per manufacturer design:- (i) RPM cum Hrs meter (ii) Battery charging ammeter (iii) Ignition key/ starting with push button switch (iv) Lubricating oil pressure gauge (v) A-1 governor controlling (vi) Oil temperature gauge (vii) Water temperature gauge (viii) Lubricating oil coolant heater to avoid freezing (ix) 24V-02 Nos (01 for standby) by starting equipment comprising with the following:-

(iv) MCCB 400 Amps, 4 pole 36 KA-01 (for incoming) as recommended by manufacturer (v) Set of copper bus bar for suitable capacity (vi) Set of indicator lamps LED type (Red, Yellow, Blue) (vii) Set of instrument fuses (viii) Digital energy meter having facility to show KWH, KW, KVA, power factor reading etc (ix) Running hour meter (E) OTHER FITTINGS:- (i) Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes, rectifier, capacitor and resistor etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to the battery charger through control panel are electric power point (F) FUEL TANK: of suitable capacity as per manufacturer instructions capable to store 12 hrs running of DG set, as per manufacturer design, with all pipes conecting upto fuel pumps including oil level indicating gauge in ltrs, drain and air vent plug etc. (iii) The contractor shall supply 02 yrs maint spare for the above Genr set :- (aa) Fuel filter - 12 Nos (ab) Lub Oil filter- 12 Nos (ac) Element air cleaner outer - 06 Nos (ad) Element air cleaner Inner - 06 Nos (ae) V-Belt - 02 Sets (af) Filter lubricant oil by pass - 02 Nos

Fixing only Junction Box of size 30cm x 25 cm on the pole or wall fabricated out of MS sheet of 3.4 mm thick on angle iron (50x50x6mm) frame complete with open able shutters in front and rear having proper locking arrangement and bolted,spray painted internally and externally with two coats of syntheric enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including copper bus bar (02 Nos) of size 25x3 mm of suitable length mounted on suitable insulator indluding one No of MCB SPN 6 Amps complete all as directed.

Street light fitting HPSV 70 watts, single piece cast aluminium housing (IP 65) with POT optics reflector including sodium vapour lamp 70 watt complete with all accessories prewired indluding provision of bracket of 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe made to shape over all length 1.50 meter with clamps of FI 40x6 mm for fixing street light fittings and providing PVC insulated conductor cable of suitable size of making connection to light fittings from junction box complete all as directed. Supply, install testing and commisioning electric siren horizontal double munting 3 phase 440/400 volts 286 RPM, 50 Hz, AO supplied along with 1 HP motor suitable for audible range of 1.5 KM and PVC insulated ISI marked copper cable from siren to starter including suitable manual operated starter etc as sepcified.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66/65 protection com plete.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m in depth deep for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in hard soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.(Surplus soil if any shall not be removed but left over the trench)

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning with clean dry sand to cables with layer of sand 8cm before laying of cable and 15cm thick after laying of cable complete all as specified. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 23cm as mentioned in para 19.75 of SSR part-I.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.
