Bulk quantity order(s), constituting Minimum 80% of the Net Procurable quantity (NPQ), against the tender shall be placed on the manufacturers or its authorized agents who have successfully supplied either "a) Minimum 20% of the overall tendered quantity of the NIT against any single order. Or b) Minimum 30% of the overall tendered quantity of the NIT, against multiple orders, on cumulative basis." Of the tendered item or its variant to Zonal Railways/PUs/CORE/PSUs/Other Central Govt. Department/Metro Railway, in last three financial year and current financial year up to the date of tender opening. (Note : Please also refer the other conditions related with implementation and applicability of eligibility criteria that are mentioned in Para 1.1 of general conditions of tender in section-II of NWR tender condition(SBD)).
Traders/dealers will submit OEM Tender specified authorization along with their offer, otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected without back reference.
Authorized agents/traders (offering product on behalf of OEM) will not be allowed to seek EMD exempted based on their own MSE certificate.

Aluminium Extension Ladder, featuring an extended height of 11.2 m and a closed height of 6 m, fabricated from Aluminium Alloy 63400-T6. The ladder shall have side members with a minimum cross -section of 66.6 x 31.75 x 4 mm and 25.5 mm diameter corrugated round aluminium tube rungs, spaced at 300 mm centre-to-centre. It shall be equipped with a pulley and PP rope arrangement, a gravity pawls locki ng mechanism, non-slip rubber shoes, and suitable top hooks for safe operation. Additionally, the ladder mu st have a minimum load-carrying capacity of 150 kg and conform to IS 4571:1977. The supplier shall submi t a manufacturer's/OEM's test or compliance certificate confirming the specified material, dimensions, load capacity, and conformity to the relevant standard.
