M & L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt including removing material to low lying area from MoD land etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5 kg/10 Sqm surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal (including supply of road metal) rolling and well ramming surface of road complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 10 kg/10 Sqm surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L bituminous premixed semi dense bituminous concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30) 5.5% binder content and filler by weight of total mix as per design mix, spread by means of SENSOR PAVER, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete , by using VIBRATORY ROLLER COMPACTOR 8 to 12 tonne capacity all as specified. NOTE: (i) The mix design shall be goy done from Govt approved lab/ NABL accredited/ Govt Engg college/SEMT/IIT colleges and got approved from GE before commencement of work. (ii) In the even of variation in the mix design in the percentage of binder content on minus side the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted as per actual rate of procurement or market rate, which is more of Grade VG-30 bitumen. However no adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/ approved in the execution of work under this item. (iii) Thickness of semi dense asphaltic concrete and qualities of materials as mentioned in particular specification /SSR are the minimum. The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for provsion of more materials in comparison to those mentioned/ specified in the item, if shape all as directed by the GE. (iv) Hot mix plant of adequate capacity shall be used for heating and mixing stone and fine aggregate and binder (bitumen) and semi dense asphaltic concrete shall be laid in single layer with self propelled mechanical paver all as directed by the GE. (iv) Contractor's quoted rates shall be deemed to include all these aspects.

M&L for Road marking strips, lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc of 2.5 mm thick (reflective type) on new road/ pavement and the like surfaces, not less than 10 cm wide with hot thermo plast material @ 5 Kg/sqm of white or golden yellow by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heaters driven by skilled operator on road surface, complete all as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Cat Eyes solar reflective of metal body solid of size 110 x 120 x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no DA 972 fixed with and incl MS stud of sitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F metal tubular delinator type D-03 made out of ABS round body fitted with 02 Nos 65 mm dia higly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium type of 25 mm wide stripes with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) upto depth 0.45m including necessary excavation and PCC as per specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints excepts at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm) including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of 80mm thick any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-40 with grey and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surface of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of priming coat complete all as specified and directed.
