Supply of Mimusops elengi (Maulsri) plant of height 180 cm to 195 cm well developed with thick stem shifted in big size HDPE bag.

Providing and stacking of Bombax ceiba of height 150-165 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm

Providing and stacking of Toona ciliata (Toon) of height 120-135 cm. in big poly bags of size 25 cm

Cleaning of jungle (without using machinery like excavators) including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bush wood, trees and sapling of non-native species/invasive of girth upto 15 Cm measured at height of 30 cm above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 Mtr. Outside the periphery of the area cleaned

Digging pits of size 60 cm diameter and 60 cm deep in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume ( 2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% :1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (Cost of manure or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately.)

Making of water channels/kiaries for flooding water

Supply and spreading of good quality Neem Cake free from impurities @ 100 gm. Per plant

Plantation of trees at the site including watering and removal of unserviceable materials as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cost of plant and water).

Providing and watering of irrigation water to plants through water tankers i.e. tree, at the site of work @25 litre of water per plant or as per direction of officer in charge(PVC pipe, generator and tools required for watering to be supplied by the contractor for watering the seedlings with water). Water tanker having 5000 Ltr. Capacity with one labour for watering (including cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer in charge)

Labor (Semi Skilled) to be engaged for 24*7 watch and ward, maintenance of fencing & fire line as per site requirement @ 1 labor per shift for ground preparation phase and @ 2 labor per shift from the date of start of plantation by the contractor for effective care of 18720 Nos. plants and for pruning of standing trees before plantation of seedlings as per requirement.

Maintenance Work : Complete Creation of 18720 Nos. tree saplings on 11.7 Ha. land Garhi Mandu under Central Forest Division, for the duration of 01 (One) year including watering with Sewage Treated (STP) water (through water tanker), cleaning, soil work with hoes & khurpis, weeding, light pruning, watch & ward 24 hours, creation of fencing & fire line as per site requirement, spreading cow dung manure, removal of rubbish from whole plantation area of plantation site, area casualty replacement. Insecticides, Pesticides, Fungicides, anti-termite treatment etc. would be required to be applied as and when required or as per instructions of DRO/Range In-charge / concerned Range. PVC pipe, generator, tools, would be required to be applied/utilized by the contractor for watering the plants with STP water. Labor (Semi Skilled) to be engaged For 24 * 7 watch and ward, Watering, maintenance of fencing And fire line, uprooting of invasive species (Prosopis juliflora or VilayatiKikar, Lantana camara, Leucanealeucocephala or Subabool, Parthenium hysterophorus or Gajarghas) (at least once a month), mulching & soil moisture conservation as per site requirement by the contractor for effective care of 18720 Nos. plants. and for training of trees during November-January as per direction of site in charge

Supply and spreading of good quality Vermi Compost manure free from impurities during 1st year per plant 2 Kg. 18720 plants = 37440 Kg. Vermi Compost.

Providing and watering of irrigation water to plants through water tankers i.e. tree, shrubs, hedged, ground cover etc. at the site of work @25 litre of water per plant or as per direction of officer in charge (PVC pipe, generator and tools required for watering to be supplied by the contractor for watering the seedlings with water). Water tanker having 5000 Ltr. Capacity with one labour for watering (including cost of water, filling of tanker, watering at the site with all leads and lifts as per direction of officer in charge) @25 Ltr. Of water per plant with periodicity mentioned below: 1.Winter (November – February) : 2 times a month 2.Summer (March – July): 4 times a month 3.Monsoon (August- October): nil times a month

Providing and applying anti termite treatment of infected trees including all branches/leaves by spraying chemical emulsion 0.5 % (Chloropyriphos 20% EC) concentration through power spray machine (@100 Ml. Chloropyriphos per tree including cost of chemical) and as per direction in-charge.
