(B) DESK (FD-107 (M) Removing of old unserviceable box and supply & fixing new box manufactured with pre-laminated melamine faced particle board 18mm thick (exterior grade) conforming to ISI including provision of 4mm thick teak wood beading to exposed edges complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of old unserviceable plywood from back and supply & fixing 6mm thick plywood (BWR) conforming to ISI complete all as shown on drawings, specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing PVC shoes of approved quality provided to all the legs including removing of old unserviceable shoes from legs complete all as specified.

Smoothening of all exposed wooden surface of desk to direct vision shall be French polished except pre-laminated melamine faced particleboard & steel frame shall be painted with a coat of black synthetic enamel paint complete all specified.

Removing of old unserviceable bottom & supply & fixing new bottom made out of ply wood one side teak face 18mm thick complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable both sides of table & supply & fixing new sides with MDF Board 12mm thick duly covered with plastic laminated sheet 1.00mm thick of natural teak shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable mirror and supply & fixing new looking mirror for table dressing gents (size 1220x360x5mm) thick electro copper plated duly fixed in shisham wood frame and back side covered with plywood commercial 4mm thick conforming to ISI, wooden frame shall be French polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing of old unserviceable back of Almirah & supply & fixing new back with plywood commercial 6mm thick conforming to ISI, wooden frame shall be French polished complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Removing of old unserviceable top and supply & fixing new top plank made of 19mm thick Ist class seasoned teak wood duly smoothed of size and shape as shown on drawing, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable shelves of Almirah & supply & fixing new shelves with MDF Board 12mm thick duly covered with plastic laminated sheet 1.00mm thick of natural teak shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable shutters & supply & fixing new shutters made out of 12mm thick MDF Board covered with plastic laminated sheet 1.00mm thick, size and shape as shown on drawing including bow handle 100mm long, MS hinges 25mm and hasp & staple complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing of unserviceable leg & supply & welding new leg made of 18/19mm conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness complete all as specified shown on drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable M.S flat iron and supply & fixing MS flat iron of size 490mmx 20mm x 3mm and to be welded with frame under the bottom seat complete all as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge

Supply and Fixing for welding support between to legs of Teapoy varandah with 18/19mm conduit pipe of 1.6mm wall thickness 750mm long complete all and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing U/S shoes and S&F new rubber shoes of approved make/quality to Teapoy Varandah complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for painting to steel frame complete with a coat of synthetic enamel paint (white) including removing rusts/cracks in the old paint and de-rusting minor rust spout complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(X) TABLE 600 x 600x760mm (FD-95) Removing of old unserviceable top & supply & fixing new top made out of pre-laminated melamine faced particle board 18mm thick natural teak shade (Exterior Grade) conforming to ISI provided with 4mm thick beading of teak wood on edges complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of old unserviceable leg and supply & fixing new leg made of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly smoothed, size and shape as shown on drawing, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable frame long rail and supply & fixing new longt rail made of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly smoothed, size and shape as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing of old unserviceable frame short rail and supply & fixing new frame long rail made of Ist class hard wood (shisham) duly smoothed, size and shape as shown on drg complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(Y) RECANNING OF CHAIRS Recanning of different types of steel/wooden chairs I.e. CBA chair, CBBA chair, chair easy, chair dinning, chair writing, bin soiled linen couch CBB chair easy to match couch and stool dressing involving cane work with 2 to 2.5 mm plastic cane for seat and back as applicable and 3mm wide plastic cane for border complete all as per pattern shown on drawing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
