Earth work excavations in all soils and sub-soils and the full depth as may be directed by the Deptl.officers with initial leads and lifts and cleaning and leveling the site etc, complete complying with standard specification

Conveying the excavated earth and for milling materials to the work site to designated dumping yard from the site to the distance of 0 to 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges

ProvidingGranular surfacebase to the requiredsurfaceusingmurram, Granular soil of size varying from4mm to 75mm including cost of material and cost of labour for stacking, spreading and consolidating layerby layer (Each layernotexceeding100mm) includinghirecharges of Roller etc, complete as per the direction of Departmental officers.

Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM ) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base /base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications.

Providing and laying Prime Coat 7Kg/10 M2 With Bitumen Emulsion (Slow Setting) Including Cost of Bitumen emulsion At The Site Including Labour Charges For Preparing The Surface And Applying Required Quantity of Bitumen Emulsion As Prime Coat Using Bitumen Sprayer Etc. Complete Over Wet Mix Macadam As Per Clause 502 of Mort & H Specifications.

Providing and laying Tack Coat 2.5 kg/10 m2 with Bitumen Emulsion (Rapid Setting 1) including cost of bitumen emulsion at the site, including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen emulsion as Tack Coat using bitumen sprayer etc., complete over the primed surface as per clause 503 of MoRT& H Specifications Rev.5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete30mm thick using 19 – 9.50 mm metal, 9.5-2.36 mm Metal, 2.36 mm and below Metal of specified grading aggregates and Quarry Dust with 37.73 kg of VG30 (60/70grade) bitumen ( Procured from State/ Central Public sector undertakings only) for premixing per 10sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and stacking them on road side to standard departmental metric gauge for pre-measurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant, spreading the mix in the required temperature for uniform thick of 30mm over a previously prepared surface to specified grade and cross section and compaction by power roller, including labour charges, spreading etc., including Hire charges for machineries etc., complete as per clause 509 of MoRT & H Specifications to achieve the desired compaction.
