Laying conglomerate flooring 40mm over cement conc. 1:8:16 (75mm) thick and sand felling 225 mm underneath including floating coat of neat cement including S/e & c/o cement from Hoshiarpur to site of work s/o & c/o sand (local) from D/S Manjhi causeway of Nara Choe to site of work s/o c/o Brickbats from Nearest Brick Kiln to site of work. Including breaking of brick ballast including s/o c/o shingle from Mirthal to site of work including rehandling it any as per PWD Specification and Instructions of the Engines in-charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips 40mm wide on floor compete in all respect as per P.WD Specifications

Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety including s/o & c/o cement from Hoshiarpur to site of work sand s/o & c/o sand local from D/S Manjhi causeway of Nara Choe to site of work complete in all respect as per PWD Specifications .

Cement sand plaster 1:4 on walls 12.5 mm thick including s/o and c/o cement from Hoshiarpur to site of work s/o & c/o sand (local) from D/S of Manjhi causeway of Nara Choe to site of work. Complete in all respect as per PWD Specification and instructions of the Engineer in-charge.

Wire gauge Bansam Champ (Assam Wood) door windows & Shutter 35 mm thick s/o & c/o all required material for fixing complete in all respect as per P.WD Specification.

Painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint on new wood in all shades including apply pink primer on wood work including preparation of surface knotting & stopping etc.

Distempering with wash able oil bound distemper to coats over one coats priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered surface including preparation of plaster surface for oil bound distemper including sand painting the surface appling one coat of Inseed oil & filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead inseed oil varnish chak mitti including finishing surface to the required finish complete in all respect as per P.WD Specifications.

Finishing walls with exterior decorative cement based point such as snowcem, Robbiacem etc. on new work two coats to give an even shade.

Providing & fixing curtain rods side hook, rod pinions, hydraulic door closes, looks for doors and cub board, grills for doors, upper ventilators, windows and ventilator.

Supply of 5 mm dia PVC vent pipe, PVC 5 mm dia bend, 10 mtr SW pipe 100 mm dia including 1 no tee,bend, 4 No u bolts, and 3 No removals for septic tank

For Tubewell a) Boring with 150 mm i/d housing pipe/ casing pipe for tube well in all soils except ordinary hard rocks requiring blasting including removing the casing pipe after the tube well is lowered & tested, equipment as required such as hand boring machine and its accessory transportation to site and vice versa etc. complete in all respect.

b) 100 mm nominal diameter (weight 14.5 kg per mtr) 5.40 mm thickness supplying, lowering of MS pipe as per 15 4270-2001 including M.S sockets having dimensions as per IS code dully welded with MS electrode to have extra strength to lower the pipe in to tube well bore.

c) Filter material supplying at quarry site of gravel of 1/16" to 1/8" size including pouring and packing in the annular space between the pipe assembly and the bore. The gravel should be free from dust, dirt, or the vegetable manner as per IS 4097/1697 with Latest amendment to be paid as per actual length of pipe).

d) Development and Stabilizing of the tube well with air compressor of required capacity as directed by the Incharge including cost of tools, appliances & consumable to the satisfaction of the Engineer Incharge .
