Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS:16014:2012,MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12(D=100 mm with tolerance of ± 2%) Zinic+PVC coated, Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm, mechanically edged/selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing, laying, jointing, commissioning & testing in trenches HDPE pipes of following diameters & classes as per IS 4984 (1995) and jointing the pipes with push type compression joints by hydraulically operated machines, butt fussion welding & electro fusion welding machines i/c necessary fittings, bends, tees, unions, flanges, collars & reducers etc. confirming to IS 8360 & IS 8008 with latest ammendments & shall be provided as per site conditions. Flanging of the pipes shall be made as & where required. Jointing shall be confirming to IS code 8008 & IS 7634, stub ends will be welded on pipes & MS flange shall be provided with slip on covered by epoxy coating/plastic powder. The flange should be confirm to ANSI B 16.5 with necessary nuts & bolts. All manufacturing maerial used shall be in accordance to IS 4427-2007 (latest revision) with 100 % virigin pre-compounded or natural PE resin. Jointing shall be complete in all respects i/c testing at site upto entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing,Laying,jointing,testing & commisioning at site in trenches bevelled ended BIS marked MSERW pipes 250 mm dia of various grade conforming to IS/ISO-3183-2012 1260 or N42 or its equivalent specificationds latest with upto date ammendments of following dia with upto date ammendments having wall thickness and per Rmt weight as mentioned below & capable of withstanding required test pressure as prescribed in BIS code in random lengths of 6 to 7 mtr. The pipes ends shall be bevelled suitable for butt welding including the cost of jointing with butt welding conforming to IS 816-1969 or latest as applicable ends with upto date ammendments (leak proof) in three layers at site of work with welding rods of standard make and all allied accessories whatever required for welding at site,tail pieces,tees,bends,and other specials manufactured from parent pipes as applicable to the particular reach & of approved specificationsas per site conditions and cutting of pipes wherever required as per site requirement including carriage in all leads and lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.The pipes shall have zinc coating inside & outside conforming to IS/ISO 4736-1986 or latest with upto date ammendments and shall be engraved with IS/ISO-3183-2012 or its equivalent.The laying shall conform to BIS 5822-1970 or latest with upto date ammendments with provision of scour pipe after every km by providing Tee & sluice valve etc. complete to the entire satifaction of Engineer-in-Charge (Earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately.) Trenches to be measured paid for seperately.
Providing, welding and fixing of M.S. flanges @ 1% of Joints at suitable reaches, conforming to following table 5; 250 mm as per IS:6392-1971 (Latest with upto date amendments) and welding of MS Flanges with G.I. Pipes/ MSERW pipes in two layers on both faces to make the joint leak proof (The cost of providing and laying of G.I.Pipes/MSERW Pipes to be measured and paid for separately). The welding of flanges should conform to IS 816-1969 with electrode as per IS : 814-1991 and required number of nuts & bolts conforming to IS: 1364. The thickness of gasket not less than 3.00mm conforming to IS : 2712-1998. The work shall be done as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.
