Taking down of ceiling fans 1200/1400mm sweep, AC, 230 volts of any make and carrying out servicing by cleaning thoroughly using soap solution strip opening the motor and carrying necessary repair by replacing defective parts e.g. bearing, bushes, shafts etc as required, carrying out lubrication using proper grade oil/grease reassembling and refixing at site complete all as directed. Note :- Spares reqd for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as material only.

Material & Labour for re-winding of ceiling fans motor 1200 mm sweep, AC, 230 volt any make with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate guage as per original size including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, varnishing and E class insulation varnish, providing insulation tape/ sleeves and making connection with three core copper flexible cable of size 23/0.0076mm of length not less than 0.50 metre with each fan complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Varnish using ISI brand shellac varnish (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) Re-fixing of repaired fan in any location of cantt area AOR GE GSP shall be the responsibility of the contractor at his expense (iv) Super enamelled copper wire shall be used for winding of fan. (v) All spares e.g. bearing, split pin, canopy , capacitor etc reqd during repairs shall be measured and paid separately as material only.

All as per Ser Item No 03 above but of size 1400mm sweep.

Supply and fixing in replacement capacitor AC 230 volt 2.25 Mfd complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No 05 above but of size 3.15 Mfd complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing of size 6201, 6202 complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for lathe work for any ceiling fan for taking out bush from the lower body part of rotor and replacing with suitable size of ball bearing 6200 to 6204 as per matching with shafts, making necessary bearing, boring, cutting, grinding, polishing of shaft complete all as specified and directed. (Bearing shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule as material only).

Supply and fixing in repair gun metal bush of ceiling fan any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair rubber reel of ceiling fan complete with MS split clamp 02 Nos nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of exhaust fans 200mm to 450mm sweep, AC, 230 volts of any make and carrying out servicing by cleaning thouroughly strip opening the motor and carrying necessary repair by replacing defective parts e.g. bearing, bushes, shafts etc as required, carrying out lubrication using proper grade oil/grease reassembling and re-installing complete all as directed. Note :- Spares reqd for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as material only.

Material & Labour for re-winding of exhaust fan motor size 400 mm sweep with super enameled copper winding wire appropriate guages as per original size including cutting and getting out old burnt winding, varnishing and E class insulation varnish, providing insulation tape/sleeves and making connection with 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed copper flexible wire of size 40/0.0076 mm of length not more than 0.5 Meter including painting complete all as directed. Note - (i) Doctor brand or ISI brand varnish shall be used. (ii) Motor shall be wound with machine only. (iii) Fixing of repaired fan in any location of AOR GE GSP area shall be the responsibility of the contractor at there own transport. (iv) BIC/ HTP/DEVIDYAL make supper enamelled copper wire shall be used for re-winding.
