M&L for de-watering the SWTs including removing the mass, silt, debris etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Surface preparations clean the surface thoroughly to make it free from dirt, dust, etc. and remove loose damaged concrete from the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing skim coat to maintain profile of structural members by using latex B2 modified air cured mortar system prior to fibre wrapping (1 cement : 3 parts graded cleaned pre-packed river sand 5% to 10% latex mortar by weight of cement 0.5 without ratio.) upto 10 mm thickness including levelling, profiling, etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Nozzles teflon ,providing and fixing teflon nozzles at 350 mm c/c upto 100 mm depth from chipped surface including drilling holes, inserting and fixing nozzles and cutting off nozzles after grouting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Grouting, providing and injecting high molecular weight low viscous grout Monopol of Krishna Conchem or equivalent into concrete at required pressure (minimum 3 kg/cm²) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Waterproofing Treatment ,carrying out waterproofing treatment on underground water tank as per standard practice & details given below ensuring safety in all respect. including supply & application of two coats of SG EC/UV two compound cementitious coating on entire prepared surface (consumption will be 1.5 to 2 kg/m²) using soft bristle brushes & rollers and as per OEM recommendations and carrying out suitable treatment for all existing adjoining structures as per standard practice (as mentioned in SLA), carrying out all related works without any damage to the existing installations etc. complete as per site requirement & to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers, 5mm thick in CM (1:4), over 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. NOTE: (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)
S&F Wire netting of galvanised steel wire 1.40mm dia and size of mesh 12mm fixed with tinned tacks or wire staples
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete.
M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. NOTE: (WPC to be measured and paid for separately)

Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.
M&L for providing PCC type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded aggregates in lintel upto 1.5 M clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.
Demolition Cement concrete (unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level )
M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregates for sub base.
M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness of M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete over sand cushioning. Note :- sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.
M&L screened coarse sand cushioning (25mm thick layer) over PCC subbase for laying interlocking paver.
M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (kerb stone) with solid blocks (1:2:4) type B-1using 20mm graded stone aggregates exceeding 10 cm in width (size 30cm x 15cm x 30cm) and setting in CM (1:4) complete.
M&L Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less.
Finishing surface of concrete roads pavements, by brooming.
Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'.
Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A'.
M&L for berms with approved moorum or red bajri levelled, spread rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 0.2 to 0.5 ton hand operated roller.
Materials and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint using hand roller over over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete.
