Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P,royalty etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 22.5cm(9") thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Plain Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size C.B, h.g metal of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting,lowering, and laying in layers to 10cm(4") thick to required level, ramming,watering including all cost & conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities complete in all respects and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

25mm thick DPC with C.C. (1:2:4) using 12mm size H.G. chips of approv quality etc including cost carrage T & P & punning etc complet including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Fly ash bricks masonary in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of size (23 x 11 x 8 cm) having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chmfering and corbelling watering and curing etc complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (In foundation)

In Superstructure

P. C. C / Reinforced cement concrete work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips of approved quality and from approved quary including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeeding 15cm thick to the required level ,ramming,watering and curing etc. including all cost of material, labour, with T&P and taxes of materials etc. required for work and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.Column Foundations

Supplying fitting, with Straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the HYSD steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for R.C.C. works and for providing cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel including binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work etc. completefor ground floor or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Iron work grill gate with M.S. frame and M.S. panalled window double leaf with M.S. frame and grill etc complete including all cost of materials, conveyance, Labour, T&P required for the work etc complete including all cost or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting 2 (Two) coats with any approved enamel paint over a coat of priming to new wood work and iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer in charge

20mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over Brick / stone massonary finished smooth including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc. complete in all respect in all floors or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Earth work in removal of overburden in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m. Initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge
