Cleaning of shrubs, uprooting of stumps, small bushes including ploughing and levelling (mechanically) of ground surfaces depth exceeding 30cm and not exceeding 45cm including picking up stone peddles/gravels (of size exc 12mm), making the surface even and uniform, removal of debries from the site upto a distance of 50m, dressing the pin target and surface dressing of embankment for receiving lime of F.G/R.P target as required., complete all as specified and directed.

Removing sand from range and sieving properly including forming embankments of existing sand, spreading, leveling and finishing to required size, shape and gradient as per site requirement n. exc. 1.5m height, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Existing sand obtained from the seiving shall be re-used)

Supply and laying in position sand bags with HDPE bag (minimum sand centent in each bag shall be 0.03cum), properly stitching the bag with nylon threads and placed in position, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading of sawdust and fine sand (screened) mixed in equal parts (i.e 1:1) by bulk over butt with minimum depth of 90cm in slope and finished, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S &F of mild steel section for post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc, flat angle iron fillet for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down loosed barbed wire and refixing the same after re-straining and re-securing of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings including making good staples etc.(each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh 75 mm x 75 mm/ 100 mm x 100mm size, made up to into mattress or cages, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Per meter weight of chain link brought by the contractor at site shall be finalized through a BOO.

Fixing only new chain link fencing incl line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provisition of binding wire etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Straining of old loos chain link fencing and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts of 11 to 15mm diameter of shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm and n. exc. 10cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 900mm dia barb (unstretched) conseczal super razor punched tape (SRPBT) aluminium base helix coil with and including necessary GI fixing clips for securing, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint(1st grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fly ash brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in any position in CM (1:4), finishing surfaces even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint of approved colour and shade, alkali & fungal resisatance (over a coat of exterior emulsion primer) as per manufacturere's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, footings, of col and beams/slabs etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable street light fittings of street light/flood light of any capacity/any size, from existing pole, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down serviceable steel pole from root carefully, transportingto other places as directed and fixing of serviceable steel pole size (8.5/9 Mtr) including excavation/earth work, disposal of surplus soil, painting of pole with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide after removal, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, PCC(1:2:4) type B-1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in , complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earth work and PCC for fixing only shall be paid separately under respective items of schedule and rates for removal of pole including earth work and painting will be included in the quoted rate.

Taking out existing unserviceable/defective light fitting / high bay light fitting of any wattage from poles/walls/ high mast (including taking down of high mast fitting), dismantling the complete fittings of and checking out the defects, trace out damage/unserviceable parts like driver, wire, led lamp etc. and clean thoroughly the complete set and re-fixing in its original position after replacing defective parts including testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Any minor item like nuts, bolts, clamps, washers and wires for connection required to make the fitting serviceable shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate. (ii) Defective parts replaced shall be paid as 'supply only' under relevant items.

S&F brackets on pole made out of 40mm bore GI pipe, medium grade of required length not less than 1.20 M including mounting brackets made out of mild steel FI 40 x 6mm of required shape (two Nos per Gl pipe brackets) duly fitted with 4 Nos mild steel nuts, bolts and washers in walls/poles etc. and painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including taking out existing unserviceable GI bracket of any size & shape, complete all as specified and directed.
