Schedule 'A' Section - I

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of exterior wall by complete removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers, then washing the surface with Bleaching powder solution for treatment of fungal growth and applying two coats of exterior anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint by using roller (wallmista of Berger paint or equitant in Asian paint, Nerolac etc having three years of performance warranty) over a coat of exterior water based primer , over a coat of 1mm thick wall acre putty , same make all as specified and prescribed by manufacture of paint and as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surface of internal wall by removing existing treatment with mechanical sander (rpm 1500-2700) along with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by reputed paint manufacturers and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over one coat of 1mm thick wall putty using roller all as specified and prescribed by manufacturer of paint Ist Quality and all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for 1.00 thick Wall care putty on wall , complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plastering at any description on brick wall etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material,outside of A 1 defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 in ceiling finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Oil Bound Distemper three coats on ceiling over 1mm thick wall putty incl preparation of newly plastered surfaces.complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick walls in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete walls surfaces in CM 1:6 finished to even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
