Supply of chemicals as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Materilas supplied shall be kept under store which will be double lock arrangement, one lock with Engineer in charg/SDE/JTO and another lock with authorised representative of Agency. Stock register shall be maintained duly signed by authorised representative of agency and Engineer in charge.

Servicing of Motors & pumps including the cost of lubrication oil & transportion of all leads and lifts to servicing point, removing and refixing of motor pumps for servicing etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Mechanincal and electrical spare parts, if any to be replaced will be paid separately or same will be supplied by BSNL)

Providing comprehensive services for Operation of the Water treatment plant and the Sewage treatment plant round the clock ensuring effective flow of effluents including running of all the connected pumps, valves etc., located within the premises, cleaning of inlet chambers, grit chamber, coarse screen chamber, Collection sump, raw sewage sumps, aeration tank etc. operation of softener plant, RO plant, open wash and back wash of filter, filling dosage consumables, softener acid wash and descaling membrane as and when required, maintaining relevant records, keeping the premises clean etc, in Sewage treatment plant and water treatment plant including all labour charges, transportation of tools, fortnightly visit by technician, submission of inspection report including testing of STP water & RO water etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer in charge and safeguarding the equipment and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (If services are not provided in any shift, or any day the deduction will be made proportionately while making payment)[Services provided with all above operations for one shift, One shift means 8 hrs duty, shall be measured as one Job]

Testing of RO water sample in Govt. Approved testing laboratory as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Testing of Sewage treated water sample in laboratory approved by Tamilnadu Pollution control board as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of accumulated sludge in sludge collection tanks by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, away from the compound for all leads including all lifts involved and maintaining and keeping the premises clean. (Disposal of sludge with all above operations is measured as one job)

Cleaning the Treated water Sump manual / mechanical means using necessary Motor arrangements, clearing the slits / Slushy mud existing at the bottom of the floor, removing the Algae presence with Wire Brush without damage to the UG sump walls, applying disinfectant chemicals / insecticides to be free from Dirt and insects etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cleaning of sump with all above operations is measured as one job)
