PART-A: PLANT OPERATION & ASSOCIATED WORKS

Operation of 1.5 MLD (0.75 MLD x 2 Nos) MBBR technology based Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of M/s. Ion Exchange (I) Ltd. at western sector in daily three shifts i.e. 24x7x365 days basis for Twelve months as per schedule. The work shall be completed as per Clause no. 2 of Schedule I of Technical Specifications.

Supply of Sodium hypo chloride solution ( 10% to 15% concentration of Chlorine) at required proportion as per instruction of EIC.

PART-C: ASSOCIATED WORKS OF STP

Carrying out calibration of various types pressure gauges through accredited laboratory including making proper setting for within range indication if required & submitting its original calibration certificate having one year’s validity before due date complete as per site requirement

Collection of incoming sewage & outgoing effluent samples from site on monthly basis, delivery & testing of the same at NABET accredited, MOEF, MPCB or Govt. approved laboratory. Sample testing includes the parameters like PH, COD, BOD, TSS, Oil & grease, Dissolved Oxygen (D.O.) & submission of its original test report before 1st week each next month as per instruction and as directed by Engineer-In-charge (E.I.C.). Note: Sealed container for sample collection is in scope of contractor.

Carrying out complete cleaning of following RCC members of MBBR STP unit by removing all existing excretal, sewage, sludge, debris, muddy water etc. complete by mechanical / manual means and disposal of the same to drying bed of old STP including making required pumping arrangement, lifting, loading, unloading, transportation, taking all safety precautions, removing & refixing of bar screens, carrying out all related works etc. complete as per site requirement and as directed by Engineerin-charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air bubble diffuser alongwith membrane made of M/s EDI, USA or equivalent shall consistes of set of EPDM membranes, SS 304 clips, PVC support pipes, PVC fittings, pvc flexible air pipe, nylon rope braided hose with all accessories complete for STP Reactor Aeration Chamber I & II etc. to make it retrievable & to provide clog-free oxygen for aeration tanks as per requirement & as per OEM recommendations. This work includes to carry out complete cleaning of tank to replace damaged diffuser by removing all existing excretal, sewage, sludge, muddy water etc. complete by mechanical / manual means and disposal of the same to drying bed of old STP including making required pumping arrangement, lifting, loading, unloading, transportation, taking all safety precautions, etc. complete as per site requirement & as directed by E.I.C. Type of diffuser: Fine type & Air flow rate : 8 - 12 m3 / hr, Pressure Rating : HDPE/UPVC - 10 kg / cm2 , size of diffuser : 90 mm dia & 1000 mm long & MOC : EPDM. Note: Tank cleaning will be measured & paid seperately as per item no.3.6 of this SOQ.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Air bubble diffuser alongwith membrane made of M/s EDI, USA or equivalent shall consistes of set of EPDM membranes, SS 304 clips, PVC support pipes, PVC fittings, pvc flexible air pipe, nylon rope braided hose with all accessories complete for Equilisation tank & Sludge holding tanks etc. to make it retrievable & to provide clog-free oxygen for aeration tanks as per requirement & as per OEM recommendations. This work includes to carry out complete cleaning of tank to replace damaged diffuser by removing all existing excretal, sewage, sludge, muddy water etc. complete by mechanical / manual means and disposal of the same to drying bed of old STP including making required pumping arrangement, lifting, loading, unloading, transportation, taking all safety precautions, etc. complete as per site requirement & as directed by E.I.C. Type of diffuser: Coarse type & Air flow rate : 4 - 8 m3 / hr, Pressure Rating : HDPE/UPVC - 10 kg / cm2 , size of diffuser : 90 mm dia & MOC : EPDM Note: Tank cleaning will be measured & paid seperately as per item no.3.4 of this SOQ.

Carrying out complete cleaning of lamella clarifier with inclined plate mechanism and attending all noticed issues / deficiencies in all respect including supply & fixing of all required materials/spares/hardwares, carrying out repair or replacement of all worn out / damaged parts /inclined FRP plates, carrying out all related works etc. complete as per site requirement. This work includes to carry out complete cleaning of tank to replace damaged FRP plates by removing all existing excretal, sewage, sludge, muddy water etc. complete by mechanical / manual means and disposal of the same to drying bed of old STP including making required pumping arrangement, lifting, loading, unloading, transportation, taking all safety precautions, etc. complete as per site requirement & as directed by E.I.C. Note: Tank cleaning will be measured & paid seperately as per item no.3.8 of this SOQ.
