Schedule 'A' Section - I

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump horizontal spindle, horizontal/radial split casing and suction, multi stage having capacity of 50 m3/hr lift clear water at a head 459 meter feet suitable for nominal speed 1485 RPM for lifting treated water with impeller, bearing, neckring and bush made of LG2 bronze, shaft sleeves, nuts & shaft made of SS 410, directly coupled with suitable capacity of electric motor (motor shall be TEFC, sq cage, 50 Hz + 5 %, 415 V + 10 % Class F insulation, Ambient Temp, 3 phase, IP-55, IS-325 with up to date amendments) Both pump and motor , mounted on and including a common steel base frame, shall be assembled by the manufacturer of the pump itself and not by any authorized dealer /workshop/rep concen etc, reconnecting the exsting suction and delivery pipe lines including material and labour for any modification if required for proper fixing with new pumping set including preparation of foundation all as specified and complete all as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply installation and testing of Auto Transformer starter panel of capacity 150 HP with PU Gasket steel enclosure complete phase corrector 300 Amp with MCCB TP 400 Amps 50 kA with rotory handle -01 No, having adjustable tapping 50 %, 65 % and 80 % six starts per hour. Power contactors-03 Nos, BOCR 3DE relay, phase & motor on/off/trip indications and all other standerd fittings for ATS, with digital volt meter 96x96 mm, 0-500 Volts and digital ammeter complete all as specified and as direcetd by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down the existing starter panel. Note : Foundation shall be provided as per existing size and specification.

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for anchorage blocks for pipe line/making good the cut portion of roads/paths/hard standings etc including necessary from work where required , complete including grouting 06 nos bolts 350 mm x 30 mm including demolition of exsisting PCC foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron earth strip 32x6mm up to test point with suitable GI nuts/bolts and brazed properly up to main board including earth pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover in 1:2:4 reinforced with expanded metal, with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including medium grade GI watering pipe 25mm bore with funnel wire mesh and medium grade GI earth wire protection pipe 50mm bore up to main board complete as shown in electrical plate no 3 of MES schedule Part-I 2009, connected to earthing testing point including taking out existing unsv earthing complete all as specified and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : The units rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil charcoal & salt in altemate layers, 25mm GI Pipe (light grade) for watering 50mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel wire mesh PCC chamber in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 cast iron frame and 40mm thick RCC cover for pit etc & no extra payment will be made.

Supply and laying passing through pipe testing and commissioning of 1100 Volts grade 'Heavy duty' PVC sheathed armoured cable LT, XLPE insulated aluminium conductor multi standed served with inner sheating of PVC tape armored with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed of size 185 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 3.5 core confirming to IS specification.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing replacement PVC insulated cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded, single core copper 95 Sqmm, Grade As Per IS 7098 (Part 1) 1988 including making electrical connection for main panel, to starter and starter to motor in pieces of suitable length as per site requirement duly fixed with suitable size of coper lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63 mm outer dia confirming to IS: 14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittings for cable protection complete all as specified.

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for anchorage blocks for pipe line/making good the cut portion of roads/paths/hard standings etc including necessary from work where required , to support the pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out old flanged and drilled pipe line complete with all fittings and flanged joints,150mm dia, including necessary excavation ,returning and filling etc complete, removing unserviceable from site and transporting out of site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.22 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Excavation Earth work, PCC, seamless pipe fittings, MS flanges & flanged joints shall measured and paid for separatly under relevant items. (ii) Work will be carried out in piecemeal loacations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Any other expences including permision from state authorities are included under this item.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing bends, suitable length, redius as specified and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing of Tees, suitable length and as per site requirement, made of hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 168.30 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.1 mm and weight 28.2 Kg/ Rm, including short pieces with flanged ends duly fabricated as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing heavy duty MS flange of nominal size DN-150, duly painted with two coats of black japan paint, for NPS-150 mm nominal size pipes, 36 mm thick, 345 mm outer dia, having 8 nos hole of size 33 mm drilled for M30 size bolts for jointing with existing pipes,duly welded with pipes/tees/bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge.

Flanged joint for 150mm nominal size pipes comprising of one 3.0 mm steel reinforced compressed asbestos fibre gasket and 8 nos nuts, bolts of size M30 and 125 mm length and 2 nos washers 3 mm thick for each bolt to joint pipes/fittings/bends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, fixing and testing of cast iron Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Paking greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-150 mm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified snd directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Taking out old unsv and S&F Water meter 150 mm nominal bore conforming to IS:2373-1981 having CI casing bronze body and SS/Alloy/Bronze gear having dial duly marked with litres or kilolitres in boldface, thread/flanged end type with provision of strainer out side the meter , fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for fixing of aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles from above test point to Air Termination rods inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts , bolts /washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/laid on roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for fixing of galavanised iron strip of size 32 x 6 mm for earth continuity from test point to aluminium conductors above for inter connections including brazing for joints copper/brass nuts, bolys/ washers with insulators for necessary fixing on wall/trenches etc complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing of Air termination, single pointed aluminum rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long laying at proper distance as per direction of Engr-in-Charge incl all cutting /welding complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorusbronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw fixed to wall or drawn / fixed to pole or any other indicated situation complte all as specified all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing steel tubelar swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11 Mtr long ) complete with base plate including nut bolts, washers and other fixing items suitable for uneven surfaces as specified and directed.

M & L chemical earthing with copper earth plate size plate 90 x 60CM x 5mm thick burried directly ( earthing pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and copper strip 32 x 6mm as earth conductor and including required of chemical and bolts ,nuts and check nuts and washers of galvanised steel ( and 50mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of copper strip ) to the extent of 7.5 meters as earthing lead all as shown in electrical plate no 03 of SSR part-1 and connecting to inspection box ( to be fixed to wall ) or earthing work ,PCC, pit with RCC cover having suitable handle ,20mm bore medium grade watering pipe with funel and wire. Note : (i) one earthing shall be connected two buildings . (ii) result of earthing Shall be below 0.01 ohm.

M & L For copper earth strip 32x 6mm for earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or drawn /fixed to pole any other indicated situation for loop earthing all as specifed and directed.

S & F Copper Air termination ,round ball type of dia less than 4" and thickness not less than 3mm having 06 n0s single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long with suitable 75mm inserted section to 11 Mtr pole complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Anti static mat suitable for NFS Node to protect sensitive instrument complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 6941.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
