Methodology: providing the Safety Scaffolding and Platform by Contractors, Removing all the exposed damaged Fins Facade Dead mortars, Spelled Concrete, loosen Particles by Chizzel and Hammer Followed by Cleaning the Corroded Rods which is oxidized. The Cleaning method For Rods by Metal brush Sand Paper. Protection anti corrosive paints for Damaged Rods For Fully Damaged Rods Cutting the Area of broken Rods and Anchoring with new Reinforcement Rods by vertical and Horizontal Method and welding it for Tensile Strength. Complete Bonding Agent for old Concrete Surface and also in Reinforcement areas. Finally for 20 mm thickness one Layer of Micro Concrete works for Compressive strength. Finishing the Plastering with River Sand, Cement Recron Fibers and SBR latex for additional Strength in plastering, Water Cure for 5 days and Finishing with three Coats of Elastomeric water proofing paints to protect the Structure by Silane Environment and Carbon Attack etc., Complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Renewing the damaged Country wood plywood for window shutter using CW scantling of size 0.075x0.04m alround and intermediate and the panels should be covered with Water proof plywood of 12mm thick with necessary CW beeding and fixing the shutter in positoin withnecessary furniture such as 3Nos of butt hinges 125mmx30mm - 2Nos of tower bolt 6", 1No handle 100mm and 1No of Hooks and eyes, with necessary screws and nails etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing the Hilux board of 12mm thick of approved quality including labour charges for fixing with necesaary fittings such as screws., and Painting the two coat of IEP over one coat of putty etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 110mm dia

Supplying, laying and jointing UPVC pipes of Class 5 (having working pressure of 10 kg/ sq.cm) conforming to IS 4985- 2000 of approved quality and best variety of the following dia including cutting, and fixing UPVC specials using UPVC adhesives (but excluding cost of such specials) in accordance with IS 7634-3(2003) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The UPVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works. - Internal water supply - above ground level.

Renewing the damaged broken unserviceable Health faucet with new one of Two way bib cock tap with flexible hose 15mm dia (METRO) of approved quality and make including labour charges for fixing in position etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supply and fixing in position of best Indian make white earthernware lipped mouth flat back urinal of best quality and approved make of size 430mm x 260mm x 350mm with GI pipe, 32mm dia bell mouth PVC connection and waste pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe of required length, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 2 Nos., and fixing the urinals in position with necessary TW plugs, clamps, screws, etc., includ- ing dismantling masnory and re-doing the same to the original condition, etc., including painting the pipe with two coats of best quality approved synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and checked without any leakage etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The urinal should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Flooring with anti skid ceramic tiles of size 305x305x6mm and variety conforming to IS 15622 laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Painting old Plastered Wall Surface with Two finishing coats of Interior Emulsion paint of approved quality and colour over the existing wall in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (200 cft volume capacity)
