S & F cast iron sand cast pipes , of 75 mm dia in any length fixed with flat iron clamp complete on walls

S & F CI bends or tee( any radius ) for soil / waste pipes 100 mm bore diminishing pieces or tapers on walls complete all as specified.

S & F CI branch pieces single (equal or unequal ) ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) with parallel branches for 100mm bore pipe all as specified and directed

Preparaing of new steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

S & F Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) size of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

S&F Glazed colour ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering as backing layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified

Demolition of lime Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including china mosaic & wc debries remove from MoD land.

M&L for roughening the surfaces of old cement concrete floor by picking, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc. rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound and applying two coats of hot bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.70 Kg/Sqm over vertical sides of sunken floors. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L cement concrete type F2 1:7:12 with with 40mm graded stone coarse aggregate in sunken floor all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of ISI make

S & F in repairs Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) including trap set in concrete bedding.

S & F 100 mm bore cast iron 'P' or 'S' trap fixed complete with M-SEAL joint to cast iron 100 mm bore pipe duly fixed in position in repairs complete including closing the wall opening in cm 1:3 or as directed
