Construction of Rajagopura Five Nilai Vimanam in Arulmigu Nadiyamman thirukkoil

Providing and laying position,Standardised concrete mi M-20 Grade in accordance with IS :456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard brocken granite stone jelly for all Rcc items of works with minimum cement content of 3250 kg/cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55,inculding admiture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retart setting of concrete, improve workablity without imparing strengh and durability with about (5 cum)7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m)5156 kg of 10-12 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about(4.79 cu.m)7670 kg of Sand ,but eculding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges,centering and shuttering and also inculding laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrtors,finishing,curing,etc,complete complying with standred specification and ass directed by the departmentel officers.the coarse and fine aggregates to be used shoul comply with the requirments of IS standreds.(No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials.)

Centering for soffis of RCC slab of plane surface Iike lintel,beam etc.,including strutting 3.0m height using M.S.sheets of size 90 x 60cm and BG 10 stiffener with M.S.Angles of size 25x25x3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists size 10cm x6.5 cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by Casurina prop. 10cm to 13cm dia ( spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Scaffolding charges for Vimanans and gopurams with casurina posts coconut or plam trees wherever necessary for main, form work and providing with non Flammable shaped coverings, providing ladder arrangements, country wood pland for working, inpection etc, complete hire charges only for erection, maintainance and removing the same on completion of the work 1 sq,ft.

Brick masonry Lime mortar 1:2 using Stock bricks including all varivargams, moulds, sthambams, mukapathrams, koodu, nasi and all ornamental brick work complete, all pancharams, agarais, karnakoodus, etc., forming core walls of Rajagopuram/ Vimanams complete including cost and conveyance of all materials including cement, all the labour charges including marking pathies shaping of the bricks, lifting of all the materials to required heights, curing and all extra for working in heights etc., complete 100 cft for vimanam / gopuram

(a) Vimanam / Gopuram of height up to 50' 0" (excluding kalkaram)

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime mortar 1:1.5 complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Combination Mortor1:1:4and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area. for kalkaram

(a) Vimanam / Gopuram of height up to 50' 0" (excluding kalkaram)

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area.

Up tp 50feet height

Providing new sudhai vigrahams in the vimanams and Rajagopurams with Copper rod reinforcement of suitable dia with binding wires wherever necessary, shaping the core with broken bricks set in CM 1:1:3 finishing the same with CM 1:1:3 bringing to the correct shape (Lakshana) in conformist with silpa sastra inclusive of special ornaments, weapons, peedam etc., complete and providing C.M. Nayam theervai wherever necessary. inclusive of cost and conveyance of all materials, such as cement broken bricks, and Copper rods. binding wire all labour for working in heights, curing lifting of materials etc., complete including Exterior Emulsion painting 2 coats over a primary coat (one vigraham is accountable with one head, 4 hands with weapons, ornamental costumes etc., as per prathima lakshans, Vigraham height is measurable from the crown top to the bottom of foot only If peetam is provided the rate with peetam may be adopted as detailed hereunder)

Plastering with Lime mortar 1:1.5,12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges, curing etc,complete complying with standard specifications.

Special plastering for R.C.C. slab beam and sunshades with cement mortar 1:3, 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for work, and all incidential charges such as scaffolding, finishing and curing as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with the standard specification.
