Material and labour for preparation of new/ previous untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm grith or width, not otherwise described with one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer followed by two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel /fibre sheeting any guage thickness including nanital or similar pattern complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Pre -Painted galvalume sheet 0.50mm thick of Make - Durashine (Tata) liner profile sheet and equivalent, fixed with screws to angles iron grid at roof level at a height of approx 9 to 10 mtr from floor level, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed) trussed, purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to grade Fe-290, Gde-E-165 quality A, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Note :- Before execution of work at site, the Contractor shall get the design of members and structural stability of existing truss vetted from IIT/ NIT/ Govt Engineering College and submit a copy to GE for approval. The cost of the same is deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fix hot dip Galvanised mesh made from 3mm wire having mesh size 25mm x 25mm supported on MS frame including supply and fixing of struts fasteners nuts and bolts as required to hold the mesh in place fixed at a height of approx 9 to 10 mtr height from floor level including dismantling existing one, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix of 60mm thick insulated roof panel with 0.50 mm thick PPGI sheet with micro ribs (Make -JSW or equivalent make as approved by GE) RAL-9002 both side with PUF density 44 Kg/m3 + 10% in metallic tongue and groove joint system with cut to size, with no loading of wastage with additional 90 degree bends in male & female groove to have proper sealing, strength & air tight joint panel to panel, CFC free & ozone friendly (Pentane Based) fixed at roof at height of approx 11 to 12 mtr from floor level including dismantiling existing one, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The cost for removal of adjacent sheets if required for placing of panels in tongue and groove joint is deemed to include in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl taking down of existing sheeting complete all as specified and/or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED high bay light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of FRLSH PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm 1100 volts grade and including non metalic rigid suitable size PVC conduit with all fitting and fixing accessories and including PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistranded copper conductor cable of size 1 x 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring, complete all as specified and/or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
