Tender for Filling of low lying area between C D type colony including transportation of ash from Ash Pond II at SGTPS MPPGCL Birsinghpur

Preperaring area for working by removal thick shrub jungle (area above 50% covered by shrubs) clearance involving removal of grass, shrubs, bushes and twigs including rooting out & disposal etc, making local drainage to release retained water to facilitate in working complete.as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Excavation in all kind of soft/loose/ hard/dense soils, moorum & moorum mixed with boulders and mud by mechanical/mannual mean including loading in tippers, cutting accordingg to required grade and profile, and transporting the same upto desire location with are lifts & lead upto 1 Km. dressing. Sorting the vegetations etc. complete as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Stripping the seat of embankment of all foreign materials vegetation and other growth like grass, roots etc. and removing the rubbish up to suitable distance including dressing but excluding jungle clearance etc.as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Providing and placing in position cemet concrete M-10 grade nominal mix with 20 mm gaded stone agreegade in foundation i/c cost of all materials from work machinary vibration finising curing etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel members fabricated from rolled steel sections like channels, angles, beams, rails, plates etc., as per specifications and drawings including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, scaffolding, cutting, welding, grinding, cleaning, applying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate red oxide primer paint etc., complete with all lead and all lift as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.

22 Cm thick dry stone pitching on downstream of embankment with reject coal shell of speific size with indivsual shell of 22 cm. depth i/c transportation of reject coal shell (lead up to 7 Km) cost of labour T&F etc Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Random rubble uncoursed masonry with reject coal shell in cement motor 1:6 as per desire profile with leading of reject coal shell (lead 7Km) from dumping yard i/c the cost of all labour. T&P, motor, materials, wedging of stone chips, lead & lifts curing finishing etc complete. as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.

Excavation & loading ash inside ash pond with making all arrangement like suitable type of excavator, temporary road with reject coal shell/ other means, dewatering of ash water (if required) inside the ash pond, arrangement to prevant fuggative emission including cost of all labours, T&P, transporation of reject coal shell from yard (6km) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge and guidlines of MoEF&CC/MPPCB for ash handling.

Transportation of ash from silo/Ash pond-II with exisiting at SGTPS & transportation of ash from silo to low lying area including covering ash with trapaulin in vehicle and unloading at desire location with all Lifts, overheads etc. complete.as per direction of Engineer- in - charge. leads up to 3 KM (From ash pond-II)

Spreading / dozzing of stacked ash in low lying area in indivisual layer of 250 mm thickness including compaction of each layer at OMC with vibratary compactor to( 8 Tun.) achieve dry density not less than 95% of MDD. Rate includes cost of watering, T&P, labours and other running cost etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing soil cover over ash surface with back filling the excavated earth by transporting the soil (1KM), spreading / dozzing in uniform layers of 250 mm thickness including compaction of each layer at OMC with vibratary compactor to( 8 Tun.) achieve dry density not less than 95% of MDD. Rate includes cost of watering, T&P, labours and running cost etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & installation of adquate fencing/ baricodding /green dust net where ever required to prevent entry at cattells / line stock also includes repair & maintenance of existing bareicoding complere as directed of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Installation of Dust Supression System(DSS) to prevent fugitive dust emission during backfilling operations which includes; adequate Electric/Diesel mist guns of appropriate capacity & all other accessories and water sprinkling system in qpproach road & low-lying area tobe bckfilled wherever required to cary out DSS operations etc. including water tanker of adequate capacity as directed by Engineer - in - Charge. Note Any penalty impoed by MPPCB, CPB or any other concerned department /authority on account of air pollution due to dust emission during bckfilling operationsand vehicular movement shall be recovered from the contractor. as per direction of Engineer- in - charge.
